ok ladies and gents, I believe Ive garnered enough interest to invest my valuable time in. so heres your rules, any objections can be directed to me and I will take care of them as soon as is humanly possible.

- Sleep Clause/freeze clause
- Battle Timeout
- PP ups on is preferred, but optional
- DT and OHKO ban
-keep specs on, I love voyuerism *wink, wink*
- Oober ban (Wynaut, Wobbuffet, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh,Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Latias, Latios,Deoxys, Deoxys-FR, Deoxys-LG, and Deoxys-Em)

-Restricted: celebi, jirachi, mew, legendary gerbils/birds, and the regis.
-also banned is the ever popular bliss skarm combo, I will have none of that filth in my beautiful tournament. as well as any and all calm mind legends.

The tournament will be simple enough im shooting for 16 people, but eight or even four will suffice. tournament style will depend on the number of competitors, but will most likely be two round elimination. competitiors will be grouped in brackets randomly via randomizer.org and I hope to have them up pending signups.

ah well I know I said I probably wouldn't be participating due to my lack of skill in RS, but Ive decided I might as well throw my hat into the ring. This will not effect my impartiality in regards to grouping which will be done via randomizer.org.

I request that freeze clause be taken out, because it is like bannig critical hits, which is the pure luck factor of pokemon.

Freeze Clause only lets one poke be frozen, I don't see how it's at any way like banning crits. >_>

skarmory or blissey is quite alright, but I will not have them together. Skarmbliss is an abomination wrought by the unholy union between a blissey and a skarmory, it goes against god I tell you.

Anyway, Skarmbliss is a fugly ass crutch most people use because they lack real skill. If you're a good battler, you should be able to handle it no problem. I myself may use it every once in a while in a defensive team, but people who use it on every team are faggots. I suggest unbanning it, as those who use it probably suck anyway, and those who have trouble with it need a new team.

Anyway, I hope you all have gotten better. VT, your ass is mine.

It is quite obvious you are new to anything related to competitive battling.

Anyway, Skarmbliss is considered the biggest ***** to handle because Blissey has the most HP in the game (over 700) and excellent Special Defense, which makes it unarguably the best Special Wall in the game. Skarm resists almost all physical moves and has excellent Defense, and has only 2 weaknesses, which are Special based. They counter each other's weaknesses, Skarmory and Blissey, and therefore are considered too hard to handle, so idiot nubs ban them, because they suck.

Actually, I won a tournament battle on Smogon by getting 2 fully PARed and 5 flinches all in a row, therefore rendering my opponent's 3 Pokemon useless while Aerodactyl raped them.
