I was thinking as a startoff, I could do something like:

Gyarados @Leftovers
Evs: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Ice Fang
-Waterfall
-Taunt
-Dragon Dance

Rhyperior @Shell Bell
Evs: 252 HP/ 128 DEF/ 128 ATK
Adamant Nature
Ability: Solid Rock or Lightning Rod?
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn
-Avalanche

But any advice on these and the other two?

Gyara should have EQ instead of Ice Fang, and Rhyperior with Protect instead of Megahorn. First, Rhyperior uses EQ and Gyarados uses DD. Then, Rhyperior can Protect itself while Gyara uses Earthquake. For flying you have Stone Edge.

Sooo...

Gyarados @Leftovers
Evs: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature
-EQ
-Waterfall
-Taunt
-DD

Rhyperior @Shell Bell
Evs: 252 HP/ 128 DEF/ 128 ATK
Adamant Nature
Ability: Lightning Rod
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Protect
-Avalanche

What other two should I have? Maybe Rotom, since it has levitate for avoiding EQ?

IDK I don't want you to turn your team into an EQ team. Use Machamp and the fastest OHKO Pokemon you can find. Machamp knowing maybe Protect and Substitute so it doesn't die, and the OHKO Pokemon knowing well... an OHKO move lol.

Wait, I'm confused; Machamp with what kind of Moveset? And do you mean OHKO as the specific classified move? Would a Wide Lens help that?

A No Guard machamp makes all moves hit. That means a fissure with 100 accuracy.

No, Machamp has the ablilty No Guard, which makes all moves hit. lol I forgot to mention that.

The moves are Sheer Cold, Fissure, Horn Drill, and Guillotine.

Get a Dugtrio with Fissure.

AH! I forgot about that ability! So...

Machamp @Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spd
Adamant Nature
Ability: No Armor
-Dynamicpunch
-Stone Edge
-Ice Punch
-Thunderpunch

And lemme think about a OHKO Poke...

I posted one, Dugtrio with Fissure. IMO you should give Machamp something like Protect or Substitute, to block some attacks, and maybe even EQ from Dugtrio lol.

Dugtrio@Focus Sash
Jolly (not Adamant) - 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Fissure
EQ
Stone Edge
-insert good move with bad accuracy, or just a good move-

But...why Dugtrio?

It's the fastest OHKO Pokemon, unless Ninjask, Electrode, Aerodactyl, Crobat, Jolteon, Swellow, and Weavile can learn OHKOs.

Ahh, okay. Why should Machamp have a protective move? For when Rhyperior is still on teh field and Gyarados faints?

Or for Dugtrio when it uses EQ itself, but yeah when Rhyperior or Gyarados faints, choose Machamp. Although Protect > Sub in that case.

Gyarados @Leftovers
Evs: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Ice Fang
-Waterfall
-Thunder Wave
-Dragon Dance

Rhyperior @Choice Band
Evs: 252 HP/ 252 DEF/ 4 ATK
Adamant Nature
Ability: Solid Rock or Lightning Rod?
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn
-Avalanche

But any advice on these and the other two?

Well, I'd use Solid rock. There's always switching when electric attacks is predicted. I changed Rhyperior's EVs a little for tankish approach.

Thunderwave on Gyarados because taunt is near worthless in battle tower.

For the other 2, I'd suggest Electivire and Porygon Z

Electivire@Experts Belt
Naughty Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 176 Spd, 80 SAtk
-Thunderbolt
-HP:[Grass]/Earthquake
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop

With gyarodos there, you could perform the gyaravire combo. OR, when electivire is switched in, Gyarados could T-wave it to give it a boost in speed.

Porygon-Z@Choice Specs
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
-Tri Attack
-Ice Beam
-HP:[Fighting]/Thunderbolt
-Dark pulse

Basic specs-Z to Obliterate. Gyarados can cripple faster sweepers for Z to sweep.

Put Lightningrod on Rhyperior, otherwise Electric attacks will hit Gyarados.

I was thinking as a startoff, I could do something like:

Gyarados @Wacan Berry
Evs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Jolly Nature
-Ice Fang
-Waterfall
-Taunt
-Dragon Dance

Rhyperior @Shell Bell
Evs: 252 HP/ 252 Attack
Adamant Nature
Ability: Solid Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Hammer Arm
-Avalanche

But any advice on these and the other two?

All changes in bold. For the No Gaurd thing:

Machamp@Lefties
Impish - 252 HP, 128 Defense, 128 Sp. Defense
Sub
Protect
Bullet Punch
Toxic/Filler

Dugtrio@Focus Sash
Jolly - 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6 HP
EQ
Fissure
Shadow Claw
Stone Edge

Oh yeah, I didn't clear it all up for you.

Gyarados @Wacan Berry (incase Rhyperior dies, or maybe the Rock berry)
Evs: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Earthquake
-Waterfall
-Taunt
-Dragon Dance

Rhyperior @Shell Bell
Evs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Def
Adamant Nature
Ability: Lightning Rod
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn
-Avalanche

Machamp @Leftovers
Evs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Def
Adamant
Ability: No Guard
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dynamicpunch
-Protect/Substitute

Dugtrio @Focus Sash
Evs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 Def/HP
Jolly
-Stone Edge
-Protect
-Earthquake
-Fissure

You're weak to a physical wall though, lol...
