Forretress
Impish nature
EVs: 252 Defense / 252 Sp. Defense / 4 HP
@ Leftovers
~ Spikes
~ Toxic Spikes
~ Stealth Rock
~ Explosion

Notes: Spikes, Toxic Spikes (x2), Stealth Rock, then have a grand finale with Explosion, really a good way to shake up the opponent at the beginning of the battle, and it only gets worse once I send out my next Pokemon with her pwnsome annoying skills.

Ninetales
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Speed / 200 Sp. Defense / 58 Sp. Attack
@ Grip Claw
~ Fire Spin
~ Confuse Ray
~ Energy Ball
~ Flamethrower

Notes: A fiery way to pick up the battle, Energy Ball was an option until I found out how extraordinarily difficult it would be to get, so along came Extrasensory, which I won't complain about. Grip Claw + Fire Spin is a great combo, and a nice way to bring down openers.

Meganium
Calm Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Defense / 252 HP / 4 Defense
@ Light Clay
~ Reflect
~ Light Screen
~ Leech Seed
~ Giga Drain

Notes: A draining special wall, Giga Drain and Leech Seed are wonderful, and with Reflect/Light Screen and Light Clay, this can work so many wonders.

Jynx
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
@ Wide Lens
~ Lovely Kiss
~ Blizzard
~ Psychic
~ Water Pulse

Notes: Standard special sweeper. Lovely Kiss has 75 accuracy, so I thought hell, if people are going nuts over Hypnosis' 70 accuracy just think of this, so I obviously couldn't resist. Psychic and Ice Beam get STAB and Water Pulse

Vaporeon
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Sp. Attack / 56 Sp. Defense
@ Leftovers
~ Substitute
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Haze

Notes: Ah, Vaporeon. Bulky Water-type, Hazer, special sweeper, what more could you ask for. Surf gets STAB while Ice Beam is obvious, Substitute takes advantage of Vaporeon's monstrosity of HP and Haze is for obvious reasons

Flygon
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
@ Watmel Berry
~ Dragon Claw
~ Steel Wing
~ Earthquake
~ Natural Gift (Fire 80)

Notes: A nice physical sweeper, and really helps out with some of its teammate's weaknesses. Steel Wing is more of a filler, but useful nonetheless, and let's just hope that Flygon can stay in long enough for it to wear off before the next Pokemon comes out. Natural Gift (Fire) helps with type coverage and can really be useful.

You need Energy Ball on Ninetales. It's worth it.

Meganium could use Ingrain instead of Reflect or Light Screen.

Maybe Jynx could have Blizzard, how much does Wide Lens raise accuracy by?

And Vaporeon's pretty good.

Realxed nature
EVs: 252 Defense / 252 HP/ 6 att
@ Leftovers
~ Spikes
~ Gyro Ball/Toxic
~ Stealth Rock
~ Explosion/Earthquake

If they send out Gengar poison spikes is absorbed thus making it useless so Toxic > Toxic Spikes

also it does not need special defense EV as its sole purpose is a physical wall

Magnezone has a field day on this, so may i suggest Earthquake > Explosion

Ninetales
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Speed / 200 Sp. Attack/ 52 HP
@ Focus Sash/Leftovers
~ Flamethrower
~ Nasty Plot/Will-O-Wisp
~ Energy Ball
~ Hypnosis

Fire Spin Sucks, and Swampert owns this set, which is why i suggest Enery Ball > Extrasensory and because Psychic attacks have awful type coverage

Meganium

Fire Spin is great for trapping, does reasonable damage per turn, and is one of the sole purposes of Ninetales. It stays.

As for other suggestions and movesets, thanks to all.

Appreciate it, but why would you have Hypnosis over Lovely Kiss when Lovely Kiss has a higher accuracy than Hypnosis? Already changed it so Ninetales has Energy Ball, by the way ><

Hmm but Ninetails really is better as a Special sweeper with Nasty Plot IMO, trapping is best left to things like Umbreon, Dusknoir, etc things that are alot sturdier than Ninetails.

Well, Sleep is a lot better than confusion, confushion will not always render the foe help less so you are better of with them asleep whilst you sweep.

It seems like much of your team takes too long to set up. First off, you're trying to use all three spinner baits, you are trying to set up a reflect AND a light screen, plus it really wouldn't be worth it to get up sandstorm with ONLY flygon and forretress (whos special defense isnt even good enough for the sandstorm boost to help) benefiting from it.

on a brighter note, I like some of your strategies! If an opponent trys to take advantage of Forretress', Meganium's, or Jinx's major fire weakness, just bring out ninetales. With that being said, you should work hard to keep it alive. Maybe even consider using Vaporeon as a Wishpasser for him.

Rate:6.5-7/10

maybe you think its a bit low, but alot of the starters today are extremely fast starters (aerodactyl, weavile, dugtrio, etc.) or DDers which with just one move set up quickly enough to go for a sweep. On the defensive side, your team needs 3 moves to set up spikes, 2 for toxic spikes (IIRC), 1 for stealth rock, 2 for light screen and reflect, 1 for sandstorm, and in a sense one for substitute since it doesnt do much except make a wall. Thats 9-10 turns of a battle if you think about it, and in ONE move, a rapid spinner can make 6 of your moves worthless, a brickbreak can ruin your screens, and any other weather move can screw sandstorm over.

Your team doesnt have anyone that just threatens to sweep at any moment. Consider getting (taking into consideration that you like UU) Pinsir on your team. I have a really good one btw . Pinsir has a large attack stat and a great array of moves, like Close Combat, X-Scissor, Earthquake, and Stone Edge all coupled with an amazing ability in Mold Breaker. Many opponents will definitly underestimate him. Over all, I love the creativity of your team, but you need to work on how they flow together.
