this should be in the Emerald strategy section.I'll this time though.

Wobbafet sucks, and you realy need some walls, you have dusclops for an annoyer and Gardevoir is good but a skarmbliss combo could really help this team, especially if your friend has a preference of sweeper.

i know he is an uber, its just he is useless if you get his counter mirror coat wrong

Explosion is a last resort move, its physical unlike psychic, and last i remember metagross has pretty bad Sp.Atk

yeah but when you see a weavile you will know that he
is physical and you will know how to counter
explision can be no used in a double battle çause he use
his team in single and double battles

Heh yeah but the problem is I'm not sure WHAT he is going to use, his is an awesome strategist, but as far as I know, he knows nothing of competitive battling.

Also on emerald I have no way of getting a Blissey, because my fire red isnt completed, and on the wobbuffet put the max number of ev's I could into hp (shhhh....he dosnt know that. >.>) Not to mention that my biggest advantage is that he has never really played Ruby because it got lost.

The leichi berry is that nessecary? Because with my luck I doubt I'll get to mirage island.

That rhydon is the worst rhydon I've seen in my life. Special attacks on it? Nonononononono. Rhydon is a great physical tank...

Rhydon@Choice Band
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Attack, 200 HP, 58 Defense
~Megahorn
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~Focus Punch

Rhydon@Leftovers

~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~Substitute
~Swords Dance

I know you don't do EVs, but an EV trained rhydon would devastate your friend once the threats are out of the way. EV training only takes a couple hours, and learning it takes about an hour or so. It will pay off. Special attacks on rhydon are SUICIDE. Those are the two best sets.

Haha yeah I can see what you mean, but I was exausted when I did that at any rate I was thinking Type advantage. As for EV's I have little to no patience :P I might do a little, but there is no way i can fully Ev train Rhydon

I have a problem though
I've used my Thunderbolt TM and my Areial ace TM, and my modshop dosnt seem to want to work.
you can't get another aerial ace tm, but you can get a thunderbolt from the game corner in lilycove.

you will need an aerial ace on slaking though, i can't think of anything else he can learn to take out fighting types.

Return does more to fighting types than AA. STABed and all that. Anyways, if you wanna really be good, take the little time to EV train. It only takes an hour or two, especially with vitamins and the macho brace. You can get tbolt at the game corner for 4000 coins. BTW, if you rely only on supereffective attacks, you will lose. EQ on rhydon does much more to Cradily than ice punch does, or even brick break, just to throw out an example. I'm surprised nobady has pointed out that that dusclops has a few flaws. Try:

Dusclops@Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Defense
~Will o Wisp
~Shadow Ball/Seismic Toss
~Toxic
~Rest

My first shot at dusclops. Its HP is abysmal to the point where, if you wont EV train it, I'd use cradily instead. Mean Look, confuse ray, substitute, and counter are also options. I'd get somebady more familiar with dusclops to do a moveset for you, as mine probably isn't all too great.

Yours was OK. A good D/P Dusknoir moveset is WoW/Confuse Ray/Mean Look/Pain Split, so if you can't get Pain Split on it, just use Seismic Toss.

I'll keep that one in mind on pearl, but he refuses to play it because he despises the Ds because his ocd. He cant stand anything touching his screens.

Btw I'm open to suggestions for replacing a pokemon with a possibly better pokemon as well.
