Leech Seed to help set up. Your attack is really personal choice. Draining power, the potential for huge power against things like Tyranitar, or reliable STAB. Toxic can put a lot of hurt on the opposing team, but Sludge Bomb is there if you want the (very small) coverage it provides. Synthesis for further healing.

IMO you're being a little too ambitious for one Baton Passer. Agility and Nasty Plot are going to be hard to set up, but it could work. Double Hit hits pretty hard with Technician.
