Chapter One-- Yuri Niwa (Lily Garden)
Summary: Yuri mother Iru decideds to let Yuri become a ninja. During the fight with her sensei Yuri unlocks her Kekkai genkai, that she knows nothing about. Finally being able to use more advance jutsu, yuri surives the fight, becoming a genin at last.
Notes: This chapter really short (xD)

"Yuri, watch where you're throwing those flowers." A calm voice cried out into a backyard filled with children. This housewife scared of what might happen next. Iru Niwa stepped onto her back porch, her marigold dress flapped in the wind. Her hair flailing rapidly in the wind, making the locks of brown and black unlock.

Yuri nodded her head in approval; her mom was always worried sick about her. Picking her favorite flower, the rose. Beautiful but dangerous, Yuri dreamed about being like a rose. Though her mother made sure Yuri knew this could only be a dream. Yuri wanted to be a ninja; she had the talent, though she thought. Her mother was an ex-ninja; well Yuri believed she still was one.

“ Come on mother, I’m thirteen I got to become a ninja soon!” Yuri cried, unlike her mother she didn’t have long her. Yuri kept her hair, and anything else, short and simple. Unlike her mother’s black and brown hair, Yuri had purple hair, she had dyed it a very young age, and she used three packets. Iru told her daughter that was too much; Yuri didn’t listen causing her hair to permanently stay purple. With what she did have on her head, she looped it in a bun, with her favorite lavender ribbon.

“ Since a week ago it was your birthday, and you know everything, well the basic of being a ninja, Senpai Shi has taken the burden of training you” Iru sighed, her hands covering her ears. Yuri nodded, to Iru surprise Yuri wasn’t screaming and hollering like a normal teenager would.

“ No Yea, whoopee or thanks mother?” Iru asked her mind became a puzzled place. Yuri smiled, and then skipped further in backyard, which then a yell came from her mouth. As the scream had echoed through the house, Iru was too late, as the yell below in her ears, Iru fell to the ground.

Iru began laughing, Yuri twisted and turned, twirled it almost made Iru dizzy. Yuri skipped over to her mother, her bottom lip sticking out.

“ Mother can you teach me, one that’s jutsu just for me” Yuri begged, taking her mother hand. Iru sighed, thinking this was all a big mistake, getting up off the porch.

“ Tori, Oushi, Daija, and Tora.” Iru spoke as she then did each hand sign. “Let the chakra flow threw your finger tips!”

Yuri follow Iru, Yuri building up too much chakra let a spark causing an explosion. Yuri grinned as Iru look irritated, Iru being the calm person let out a deep breath.

“ Tori, Oushi, Daija then Tora, not Tora, Oushi, Daija, then Tora!” Iru muttered, showing the correct hand signs, chakra flew through her fingertips, as the chakra string attached to the flowers on the ground.

“Katon: Moeagaru Niwa No Jutsu (Water Element, Blaze Garden)” Iru shouted, as flames leapt onto the chakra strings letting the garden catch on fire, Iru moving her fingers picked up blazing flowers sending them twirling at Yuri.

“Suiton: Tsunami Niwa No Jutsu (Fire Element, Tidal Wave Garden)” Yuri cried, as water leapt onto her chakra strings letting the garden be sprayed with water, Yuri quickly moved her fingers. Attaching her chakra strings around other flowers, then letting the water surround it. Crashing into the flame flowers, mist covered the garden.

“It’s good to see what you do know Yuri, your mother said I could take over” A voice that was coming from her mother’s mouth but it wasn’t hers. A poof of white smoke filled in with the mist, a tall female stood there. Her yellow hair put into a ponytail, she wore a tank top a dark shade of blue. Gloves covered her hands she also wore tight pants.

“ Shi, you mean it’s been you this whole time” Yuri asked completely puzzled.

“ Yep, Yuri you got a lot of potential but you need tons more training, so let gets started!” Shi cried out, as she took her hair out of the ponytail, Yuri doing the same. Yuri quickly drawing a kunai, Shi appeared from behind kick, Yuri was ready using the kunai to stop the impact.

“ Good you don’t let your guard down.” Shi praised Yuri, Yuri filled with pride was caught off guard. The blow knocked Yuri back; more white smoke covered the spot where Yuri was.

“Kasumi Suru (Mist Choke)” Shi whispered as Mist gather around Yuri, squeezing her neck, closing her windpipe. Crushing her neck in, almost to the point of breaking it, Shi stopped not wanting to injury the student any farther.

“ Why you go that far!” Yuri shouted, as she was having a cough fit, with blood, which came out with her coughs as well.

“ You’re not getting this headband, and the rank of genin until you can prove yourself worthy” Shi shouted, as she began starting the Mist Choke technique again. Yuri was one step ahead of her; she had already created a clone, which distracted Shi already, now as she slipped around Shi.

“ Tora, Tori, Daija, and Tora” Yuri mumbled, as she formed the last hand seal a sprouting of burning flowers cover Shi legs, the vines wrapping around her neck, pulling her onto the ground. Yuri clenched her fist, the vines going tight, causing white smoke to appear.

“ You thought you had me, Yuri your over confident, your let your anger gets in the way, well get a taste of my anger!” Shi cried, as the mist sucked up the air, causing Yuri lost of air, unable to breathe.

Yuri in order to save her life, tried to make hand seals, it wasn’t working. She needed more chakra, maybe if she could copy Shi jutsu. Yuri pupil turned red, close colored from her amber eyes. Two dots were in her eye; Yuri could see little dots all over Shi body. Yuri felt like she had known Shi jutsu along, forming the same hand signs as Shi had once made. Yuri did the same jutsu, causing the air around Shi to dry up. Causing the air around Yuri to turn back to normal.

Yuri feeling tired, her eyes flickered their original color, amber. Yuri felt limp, the jutsu canceling because the lack of chakra Yuri had, Yuri felt limp she slid to the ground sprawling out on the ground. Shi grinned, as she leaned Yuri on her lap, tying the headband around Yuri head, with the Hidden Village of Grass, otherwise known as Kusagakure symbol.

A shadow in the distant saw Yuri and her eyes, backing into the tall grass. The shadowy figure began to speak into a walkie-talkie.

“I found Beast number one, repeat I found beast number one.” This voice was cold, menacing as well.

Yuri felt something cold on top of her forehead, reaching up to see what it was she felt the headband. Pulling it off, Yuri held it in her hands, amaze by the shine. Yuri had thrust her hand in the air; Amazed by the headband, Yuri kept staring at it, Yuri notice that she was inside, in her room. Her room with filled with flowers, picking a note off one bundle.

Use these flowers to practice your jutsu. Replant, for the ones that where burn beyond repair. Remember you think of your own jutsu, by yourself not with others help!
