Code Man

This is my oldest and most favorite deck I've ever come up with. It's really old [mostly from basic, jungle, and fossil] and I haven't played in a few years, other than with friends so here goes:
Pokémon:
4x Abra
4x Kadabra
4x Alakazam
4x Fossil Gastly
4x Fossil Haunter
4x Gengar
2x Mr. Mime
2x Chansy
Trainers:
4x Gambler
4x Poké Center
2x Full Heal
Energy:
20x Psychic
2x Double Colorless Energy

ok...
1) Put in more trainers. Take out the gamblers, and put in a few computer searches (to kill useless cards, ie: if a ghastly gets killed, the haunter and gengar become useless. Use them 4 yer advantage with computer search) then, put in a few Super potions, energy removals, a kangaskhan (to use all those 2colorless energy), and an alakazam.
ALAKAZAM STRATEGY
U use yer gengar to pwn. It has little HP left. Use damage swap to put all damage onto chansey; continue playing. When your alakazam, chanseys, and gengar are almost dead, use poke center. WOOHOO!!

2x Full Heal
Energy:
20x Psychic
2x Double Colorless Energy
By far one of my favorite strategies the card game has ever produced - I use to abuse Pokemon Center to no end!
Here's what I'd do with your list off the top of my head:
Pokémon: 23
3x Abra
2x Kadabra
3x Alakazam
3x Fossil Gastly
3x Fossil Haunter
2x Gengar
3x Mr. Mime
4x Chansey
Trainers: 19
3x Gambler
3x Imposter Professor Oak (Use when they have a smaller hand to make them deck quicker)
1x Professor Oak
3x Computer Search
2x Pokemon Trader
4x Poké Center
2x Switch
2x Pokemon Breeder
Energy: 16
14x Psychic
2x Double Colorless Energy
You really don't need that many energies for a deck like this, and 4-4-4 lines of both Alakazam and Gengar were really unnecessary. I think the ability to have a diverse Trainer engine is one of this deck's strong points. Healing with Pokemon Center, Search with Comp Search/Pkmn Trader, Disruption with Imposter Professor Oak and draw through Gambler/Oak. This is by no means the most solid list, in fact taking a second look fitting in 4x Jungle Kangaskan and 2x more Double Colorless looks like a solid idea...that's totally up to you, that would increase the speed of you getting your setup at the cost of maybe a prize if it dies. The only stuff I'd worry about playing a deck like this are Aerodactyl, Muk, quick Basics and Lass. Other than that, you've got a fun deck, one of my favorites by far.
