Hello! Welcome to my latest project. I am back with another project. This time, Halloween style. Take some time to read this thread through.

Mascots

Plumpie!!! She's a very friendly and loving Caterpie who loves pumpkins that I've adopted from Pokeplushies, and she shall remain a mascot as long as this forum exists. I'm not sure if it works, but go ahead and click her to raise her level.

Geoffrey Jr. is a cat I just recently met. He's naughty and mischievius, but also loving and cute. He loves chocolate, and love to play with Plumpie. Geoffrey Jr. is also an adoptable I adopted from Pokeplushies, and he will remain a mascot as long as the forum exists. I think you can click him to raise his level, because he's way behind Plumpie.

Project History

This isn't the only project I've made where I'm getting people to donate their sprites. In fact, this is the third one. The first project I created was the '07 Easter Egg Project, and was very sucessful. I had more than double amount of eggs for my goal of 250 eggs. Thanks to my brother, Eragon, on the last day, he donated about eighty or so eggs. This was the most sucessful project, yet, since that project was sucessful, other people made projects on the second day of my project because they wanted to be sucessful, too. I admit that I was extremely angry at first, but I got over it.

The second project was incomplete. The '07 Summer Fun Project was a bit more organized than its preceder, but I barely had any time. Though, it was somewhat sucessful, but did not complete my goal.

Rules

1. Follow PE2K rules.
2. You may submit however many sprites you wish. SAVE THEM UNDER .PNG OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. No spamming or flaming.
4. I do give out awards, but this isn't a contest. So, try your best, but don't think you will get an award.
5. If you don't like the thread, don't post!
6. Do not steal any of the donations.
7. Follow all rules above. I stress rule number six the most.

Secret Giveaway:

Click my Pumpkin giveaway by October 30th to recieve a secret gift... PM me saying you clicked it... And I will make sure you did...

Directions

If you wish to particpate, all you have to do is make a Halloween-related sprite. It can be a trainer in a costume, it can be a Pokemorph (highly encouraged), a candy Pokemon, etc. Also, be creative! I do have a "most creative award" that I need to give out... All submissions are due by October 31st. Judging will be done on November 1st and/or 2nd, depending on how my schedule. In some occasions, I will allow late entries. All late entries must be PMed to me, and not posted.

Yeah, but shading on dark colors really aren't meant to be "seen" they just make it more solid :D

The project is running very well, thanks to everyone! Now that I've seen how many sprites have been donated (I haven't counted), I am not making a set goal. My goal is to have collected 500 sprites by the end of the project. Even though I can make ghosts rather quickly, I will not be doing a whole bunch. Maybe some here and there, but I will not go around spriting like a chicken with their head cut off.

As long as there are less people that donate, but more donations from those who did donate, it'll be fine. As long as there are less than 160 different people, which is extremely unlikely for it to happen, we'll be fine. I just have to a lot of pasting, saving, and uploading...

EDIT: Imageshack works best for me. Tinypic and flickr are horrible... Photobucket... I couldn't exactly agree to their terms. I think there was one I wasn't sure about... So, I use Imageshack, and it does wonders.

mew magician, it's OK. Tommorow is the deadline for all sprites, but if you want to make a late entry, try to PM it to me within two days. It won't take long for me to get all the results.

OK, yesterday must've been the deadline for all participants in the Secret Gift givaway. All you had to do was click the pumpkin Pokeball, and... presto! Now, it's a cute Caterpie on a semi-scary (yet cute) pumpkin! I have a new adoptable, his/her (I don't know yet!) name is Sepia. Click her by November 21st, and you can have part of what you get for clicking Plumpie. For as long as this site exists, Plumpie will remain the mascot for the '07 Halloween Project, by staying on the first post! Hopefully we can do this again for the holidays.

Halloween was horrible today. I barely got any candy (I only visited approximately twenty houses; three of which I knew well), I got one pumpkinful. Here, you hear about people that had two large pollowcases of candy! Enough to give five peicese of candy to a full bus full of people (two to a seat), and still have approximately eight pumpkinfuls left.

I'm going again next year, despite my mother's wishes for me not to go trick or treating when I'm fourteen, since I'll be in High Shcool.

Ugh... I fear that Thanksgiving will be horrible... I might make a '07 Ending Fall project, that could have some Thanksgiving, Veteran's Day, etc, in it... Still unsure. Maybe, maybe not.

EDIT: There will be an estimated total of eight projects next year. There might be more, there might be less. A lot of people might hate me for the last project...

Well, I have news on the next and last '07 project:

’07-‘08 Christmas and New Years Project

This is planned to start December 21st, in my book, the first day of winter in North America, and probably some other countries across the globe. All entries will be due by January 1st, due to the ’07-’08 title. This is the last ’07 project, because the year will slowly be ending. There will be '08 Projects! It will only be about Christmas and New Years, no Hanukah, no Kwanzaa, no anything else. I’m sorry to those who celebrate those two holidays; you can do New Years, or put up with Christmas. There are some people who are offended by us Christians, and I will not tolerate it for this project. If you’re offended, don’t participate. That simple.
