That doesn't entitle you to the rights of making new threads to spam up this board just because your little question wasn't answered.

Chances are YES, considering Shigeru already has an Electivire, Shinji may release his Elekid at some point and replace with Magby/Magmar/Magmortar. Also the fact that Shinji lost his Chimchar to Satoshi doesn't help, so it's likely.

If this isn't clear, I don't know what is.
