how could you level up you pokemon fast besides going to the Elite Four and mt. moon (it gets really boring after a ton of battling, and the my luigia only leveled up once per round)

The fastest way to improve your pokes is to first beat the E4, then go to mt. Silver, beat Ash, repeat. Once a day, visit the Trainer House in Viridian to go faster, and battle your last-encountered Link Battle enemy! Thats as fast as u can go.
