"They've wrecked two towns in Sinnoh." The voice echoed, carried in the air through the mountain breeze. "They've killed countless Pokemon and humans alike." The voice rang through out what seemed like the entire region of Sinnoh. "And yet the think they can get away with it." A sudden crashing noise, coming from the trees. An Infernape burst through, swinging on the branches and vines of the swamp. "I've always hated traveling to Pastoria this way." Hadyn spoke. Smoke from his ever burning head rose into the dimly lit night sky. The Infernape moving silently and hastily, dipping his feet into the murky swamp water when need be. The land around these parts were low, and were heavy on muck. It was the only swampy part of Sinnoh. Thankfully, it was about half a mile long. Even though it was pure midnight, clouds strolled in the black sky, blotting out a star here, and revealing another one here. What stars were left were sometimes blocked out by the large trees that loomed over the swamplands.

"Word of groups of Giratina's warriors still lingering in the ruined Veilstone has been spread amongst the Pokemon." These words still lingered in Hadyn's mind. Even if they weren't true or not, he wanted to find out for himself. Hadyn was closing the exit of the swamp, Pastoria's lights in seeing distance. A sudden noise startled Hadyn, making him stop, and putting him on guard. The noise, which seemed to come from up, were only a few Staravia soaring in the sky, as find out by Hadyn on closer inspection. Though it was strange to see bird Pokemon flying out at night like this, Hadyn shrugged off the event and continued his way. In a matter of minutes, he was walking through the city of Pastoria.

Tinas roamed Sandgem. Ruins of building,Dried Blood, a few body parts, and ashes lay throughout the area. It seemed like she the only survivor until she turned to see a ghostly image of a Lopunny. About alittle bigger then her. "MOM!" She ran towards the Lopunny. It smiled jowyfully then dissapeared. Tinas stopped,tears forming in her eyes. "No..." She fell to her knees and looked at the ground in pure dissapointment. "No, I shouldn't be crying. I...just need to shop. Talk to some friends. That'll take my mind off of...'her'"

Tinas exited the city and started to head for the nearby Jubalife city.

Zero walked across the deep cold grounds of Sinnoh. Zero was very pissed and angry. Zero was mad at the Giranta's pokemon and how they killed pokemon, and humans. Zero walked around bodies of pokemon and humans. Zero came close to you pokemon. The pokemon was an orange weasel with a floation device around his neck. Zero was remminded of 'Hydro'. Zero thought this might be him. With a little might of the pokemon the words: "Zero, Zero is that you,". Zero eyes where blood shot. "Hydro is that one," asked Zero. "Yes it is," replied Hydro. "Oh my, are you alright,". So worried Zero almost past out. "Not exactly my.....," With Hyrdo's last strength he fainted. Zero got even anrgier and wanted to destroy Giranta.

Humans award them for their chivalrous deeds - for banishing us darker Pokemon into the shadows. No longer shall we hide, misunderstood and shunned. No longer shall we bend beneath their gilded rules. We are not cowards, and we will not remain victims of their ire any longer!"

Victims.

Valencia was a victim once. For a moment, her slumbering subconscious flared with memories of the past: the hellfire eating away at her vulnerable down feathers, the abandonment and the ashes left in the wake of flock's cruelty. Suddenly, the torturous burn around her wings gave way to the heavy thrum of the gathered crowed. Though they moved like a violent wave against the shores of a Seafoam Island, Mewtwo remained untouched and glorious. From her elevated perch, Valencia could see the victory foreshadowed in his eyes.

The Dark Abyss's Kanto/ Johto forces were under the command of Mewtwo. As his gaze traveled across the throng of uproarious Pokemon, Valencia noticed that he would stop every occasionally. Immediately, she knew that he was communicating with her fellow commanding officers. When his gaze finally settled on her, she could not help but tremble.

"Gather your tactical unit and prepare the assault wave formation we agreed upon."

Valencia grinned maniacally at the prospective lines she would assemble. Upfront would be that presumptuous Staraptor who should have been beaten for his insubor -

"Without any sacrificial Mareeps."

The sadistic Skarmory smirked in reply, but nodded her assent before spreading her deadly wings and taking flight. Her personal forces were awaiting her arrival on the neighboring Seafoam Isle with bated breath.

No longer shall I stand for this. The pain, the loss, the death. It must end. Mewtwo will pay. Deoxys and Darkrai must pay. Giratina must die. Giratina will die. The dark's reign has already past it's time. The time for revenge is now. For all who have been killed and will be, I must fight.

Vicious thoughts tormented Connor's mind as he silently cut through to Route 120. He saw Rattata and other such Pokemon scampering with fright away from Mt. Pyre, the Dark Abyss Hoenn Headquarters. As much as Connor wished to invade and wreak havoc upon it, he knew he would die in vain. For the present time he had more important business to take care of, notably in Fortree City. He had received orders from Arceus to meet a Charizard, Feraligatr, and Alakazam near the eastern entrance to the city. Their mission: destroy the Dark Abyss hold there and protect the human and Pokemon inhabitants of the city. Though there was only one commander stationed there (a Hippowdon named Skyle), most would be nervous. However, Connor has since stopped caring for himself, and only for the protection of those who needed it. He stealthily snuck past a worried looking Bug Maniac and his Masquerain and ran through some tall grass. It was almost one in the morning, and he wanted this done with by daybreak. As he rounded some trees, he heard the signal whistle...

Hadyn,
Pastoria City, Sinnoh
1:19 A.M.

Rain now engulfed the area Pastoria was located in. It whistled through the black air and spatter on vegetation and on the ground. Hadyn decided to camp out the night, and move at the crack at dawn. This allowed him three things: It allowed the rain to pass by, it allowed him time to find an ally, but most importantly, it allowed Hadyn time to rest. He was weary from all of the swinging and jumping in the swamp a ways back. And, he plain old didn't like the rain. It made his head fire sizzle, which annoyed him and pained him greatly. He took shelter in a small piece of land surrounded by trees and the water, isolated from the rest of the city, unknown to most of the humans, probably. Hadyn settled himself under the cluster of trees, and grabbed a few berries to nourish his weary self. He sat back and relaxed, for he knew he wouldn't get the chance to to do again soon. The rain did not seem like it would let up soon, which was a bad thing for Hadyn.

Route 120

IC: The sun shined brightly in the sky with clouds passing by as a Sceptile and Zangoose fought against each other. "Come on Razon, make a move." ; Razon, a Zangoose charged forward with his claws lingered out forward about to strike Andrew, the Sceptile. He jumped into the air evading Razon's attack. Instead he descended back down and striked with Leaf Blade knocking Razon down. Suddenly a dim light shined above them. A small letter fluttered out of the light as the light dissapeared and faded away.

"A message from the Brilliant Sun, it says we have to attack Mt. Pyre and deplete the Dark Abyss's forces there." Razon said grasping the letter with his sharp claws. "Do you think we should bring others to help us?" Andrew asked. "Nah, we'll call for help when we need it. Besides there's probably other Brilliant Sun members headin' there anyway so there's no problem." ; Andrew sighed but agreed to Razon. Both headed out towards Mt. Pyre to accomplish their mission.

Veilstone City, Sinnoh

The full moon had risen into the sky, gleaming down on our small group of warriors along with the stars in the sky. Normally, the human lights would have dimmed the shimmering points of light, but there were no more humans here...or human lights.

"Rylarzan?" came a nervous voice from behind me. I remained silent, still contemplating my surroundings. Buildings sat around us, empty shells of concrete that once housed people. Not even a single Pokemon other than the few warriors here was out, not a single Taillow chirping.

Finally, I slowly turned around to look at the Aggron behind me, his head bowed low in respect...no, not respect, fear. I narrowed my eyes. He was showing respect merely out of fear for what I would do to him otherwise. "...Speak..." I murmured without much interest.

The Aggron nodded. "We...need more warriors here. If the followers of Arceus attack in great numbers, we'll be overrun."

I stayed silent, my irritation growing that I had been disturbed for this...foolishness. "Fool. Do you not think that I have noticed this? Soldiers we have few in the Dark Abyss. We cannot amass them here. This area is not of our top priorities. Go now, and next time come to me with some useful information."

The Aggron gulped and hastily left me in peace. Glad I was rid of him, I closed my eyes. I thought nothing. I cleared my head of all matters. Levitating over the cracked concrete, I began to meditate.

Andrew and Razon

Foot of Mt. Pyre

IC: Both of them stood at the entrance of Mt. Pyre looking up into the sky. It seemed to be dark only around this area for now. "Hmm strange, it was bright just a minute ago.." Razon wondered. "It's the Dark Abyss. They must be here already." Andrew replied watching to see if any of them would attack them. "I guess they're waiting on us, let's be careful Razon." ; Razon nodded his head as both of them we're about to enter till a Scizor swooped down and raised his claw to the both of them.

"Right you are, Brilliant Sun members. I see that you're going to try to stop us. Sadly that won't happen. *chuckles*." "We'll see about that!" ; Both Razon and Andrew charged forward knocking Scizor back some feet but it quickly stood up flying into the air and swooping down with a Metal Claw. Andrew blocked it with a Leaf Blade. Both the Leaf Blade and Metal Claw pushed against each other till Razon hurtled Scizor onto the ground then slashed at it's face with a powerful Night Slash.

"Impressive, stronger than I thought. Perhaps we shall meet again soon." Scizor said flying into the air and through the clouds. "Now we really go to watch after ourselves. They're onto us now." Andrew said. "Don't worry, we'll finish this mission just you wait." Razon replied with a calm face.

Hadyn [Infernape]

Pastoria City, Sinnoh
1:25 A.M.

Through branches and leaves from the nearby trees, and the fire from his head, Hadyn created a large fire, though it wasn't necessary. He stirred the fire by stick using his tail. The fire snapped and crackled, it's flames reaching towards the heavens, and strangely, the fire was positioned so it's flames looked like the were clawing their way towards Mt. Coronet. Hadyn sighed. "Bored." was the only word he muttered for about ten minutes after he started the fire. "I just wish this rain would let up." he said to himself, tending to the fire, which was dying from the pouring rain. Sighing once again, Hadyn shot a small, tightly packed ball of flame towards the fire, which exploded rapturously; the fire seemed as if it enjoyed dancing in the moonlight. Wondering how far he could shoot, Hadyn looked towards Mt. Coronet. A larger ball of flame flew across the night sky, illuminating anything below it, which was about ten feet in the air. The fire ball impacted against the side of the mountain, and exploded into a fiery mess, causing several rocks to tumble down the mountain's hillside. But, Hadyn had bewilderment written on all over his face; the ball of flame was not his. A rumble of thunder made him look at the sky above Pastoria City. Seeing that the sky was finally releasing it's last drops of rain, Hadyn blew out the now dimming fire, and raced through the trees, escaping to Veilstone faster than he though he would.

Valencia & Aerial Unit 03
Seafoam Island 02, Kanto
1:30 A.M.


The flight from The Dark Abyss's Kanto HQ took longer than expected, what with the inclement weather the Seafoam Islands usually experienced. As Valencia circled her team's rendezvous point, she took a quick head count of her warriors. The Charizard Mewtwo had promised her personal unit was lounging against a bit of beached coral. The others were conversing around a large bonfire the Charizard must have cooked up while they waited.

Perfect.

To Valencia, time was of the essence. Though she was positive her unit had undergone training beforehand, the Skarmory decided that and impromptu lesson in ambushes was in order. As she made the final loop around the small isle, Valencia moved against the wind to bend her body into a gradual nosedive. The smooth transition allowed little noise to whistle through her feathers, guaranteeing the surprise she wished to acquire.

They didn't see it coming.

Her landing's impact upon the earth was highly damaging. Beneath her armored talons, the earth crunched and moaned. When the tremors finally reached her unit, they were taking flight and readying their attacks. Only the Charizard trained a lazy eye upon her crouched form.

Perfect. She mentally repeated.

Route 120/Fortree City
2:47 A.M.

Connor silently darted behind some trees, where he spotted the team's rendezvous point. "By the looks of it I'd say you managed to get here without too much trouble." Alakazam said. "Compared to what we're going to be in, I guess one could say that." "Anyway," Lux the Charizard interrupted, "Let's get going. We need to set up a good ambush." Feraligatr added, "Yes, we do. There are only a few hours of moonlight left. But first let's go over the plans." For the next 15 minutes the warriors discussed in low tones their plan. It was relatively simple: Alakazam would use Confuse Ray on the guards, and Ferlaigatr and Lux would take them out. Connor would sneak in and into the back. He'd take out their commander (a Hippowdon) and start mass attacking. Charizard would bust through the roof to distract the warriors and Feraligatr would run through the front. As they fought, Alakazam would stay outside and take care of any reinforcements. They'd have to attack quickly and deadly if they wished to succeed. Though it wouldn't be a huge battle, it would liberate Fortree and would let the Dark Abyss know what each soldier could do. The troops moved into the city like shadows, and assumed positions. Alakazam's spoons started to glow. It had begun.

Ritofario
Dark Abbys,Lake Verity Cave

Ritofario hovered above the ground, and slowly opened his eyes, and looked around, letting out a snarl as he saw two of his Generals, whom were Dratinice.
General Valor and General Honor, What news? Ritofario asked.
Well Sir, the land has been ruined. General Valor responded, grinning evily as General Honor nodded next to him.
Good. Ready a Battalion(100) troops. We march on Pastoria Now! Ritofario roared, swooping out of the cave, as the Generals flew off to assemble the troops.

Only a few minutes later, a Battalion of Dratinice were assembled, and Ritofario, at the head of the Battalion swooped forward, all 102(including the Generals) followed behind him, soaring at a high speed towards Pastoria.

Pastoria

After a few minutes of travelling, Ritofario could see Pastoria in his sight, and swooped at a high speed forwards, arriving in the city, closely followed by his men, whom circled around him.
Search the area! Find him! Ritofario roared, and his troops split up, searching all over the city as he, his two Generals and five Dratinice stayed with him as a precaution.

Mt. Pyre

IC: Both Andrew and Razon we're inside of Mt. Pyre. Both hid behind a tall gravestone near the entrance. They looked up ahead to see Machoke and Vigoroth blocking the door to the 2nd floor. "Great, now we got to deal with them.." Andrew moaned. "Eh, they'll be a piece of cake." ; Razon was about to go out and attack till Andrew pulled him back. "What is it Andrew?" "Look, there's another way." ; Andrew pointed towards a doorway to the left which led outside.

"But those guards will see us." Razon exclaimed. "Not unless they're distracted." ; Andrew grabbed a normal sized rock and threw it to the right at a gravestone. Automatically Vigoroth lunged forward and looked for the enemy. Andrew and Razon were near the door way till Machoke spotted them. "Intruders! Stop them!!" yelled the Machoke running towards them. Razon and Andrew we're outside near the doorway. "Rock Slide!" yelled Andrew as rocks came tumbling down blocking the door way.

Tinas slinked around the outskirts of the city. making a choking sound like she was crying. And she was. Her head hurt, Her eyes red, Not being able to speak properly with all the sobbing and choking. She stared at the many humans walking through the city. Seeing children walking with their moms. Made her cry even more...

Mt. Pyre

IC: Andrew and Razon stood atop a ledge outside of Mt. Pyre. They looked up ahead to see a small pathway heading upwards. "Well at least this heads up, we're getting closer now Razon." ; "Yeah, let's hurry up and get this over with." ; Both of them walked up the pathway and then to another. As they walked on ahead they heard a large roar.

"What was that?" Andrew wondered. "Probably just the wind..." "Wind doesn't roar like that Razon.." ; They heard it again and looked to their right. A Honchkrow flew about near where they were. "Haha! I found you, and now you're dead." yelled the Honchkrow flying at a great speed towards them. Razon tried to hit the Honchkrow with his large claws but a group of Murkrow flew down and knocked Razon off the mountain. Luckily his jabbed his claws into part of the cliff to hang on.

Dark Abyss Base-Fortree City

Just as Connor prepared to stealthily enter the hideout, a loud bang and bright lights shot through the sky. He turned around to see Mt. Pyre as it's source. "What the ---- was that?!?!?" Lux got out as he stared in awe. "Looks like Andrew and Razon have been spotted. They'd best be careful, as they're in one of the most dangerous places to be right now." "Andrew and who?" Alakazam started as he turned to face the entrance. But the Scyther had already melted away into nothingness, leaving the dark cover of the cool night. "Let's hide," Feraligatr said, interrupting the silence, "No doubt someone will come to see what that was." As the members of the 051st region hid in the canopies, Connor was already well into the fortress, darting behind plants and jumping on to ledges. He made no noise as he approached the Commander's room in back. He quietly peered through slit in the door, and the Hippowdon was turned away. As he entered, scythes shining, it began to turn. He mimicked it from the other side, and was unseen. He approached the hippopotamus's back, scythes at its neck. As he was preparing to stab, it suddenly jumped and fell with surpising agility. It's impact sent ripples along the floor, almost like an Earthquake...

4:25 P.M.

"Do you know what it's like to not know any of your family? To not have a home? Do you know what it's like to not know your purpose in life?" These three questions created a never ending circle in Hadyn's mind as he raced towards the ruins of Veilstone. Anger surged around his entire mind as he was running. His face was that of a captured animal, angry, and ready to retaliate. Technically, he was a capture animal; captured in the strands of fate woven by destiny herself. Hadyn's ape feet left soft imprints in the newly softened ground, the rain just starting to fully seep in. Almost five hours after he camped in Pastoria; Hadyn slacked off, and big time. As he raced, he worried that the Dark Abyss would gather more troops that he could handle. His mind wandered, wondering about so many things at once. Suddenly, he flash backed to the mysterious fire ball that was sent towards Mt. Coronet a few hours prior. Nearly crashing while beginning to speak, Hadyn spoke to himself, "Who was that who shot the fire ball? And why?" Now fully stopping, he looked up, staring at Coronet itself. "Was... It a sign... ?"

Mt. Pyre

IC: Andrew looked to find that Conner and Squad 051 passed them by to the top. "Let's hurry up and get this done with!" Razon yelled in a deep voice jumping onto the Honchkrow. "KaaaKAAA!!" ; Razon began to slash at Honchkrow with his huge claws. "Stop it!" moaned Honchkrow as it descended as Razon attacked it. The Murkrow flew over to Honchkrow to aid it till Andrew jumped before them. He grasped 2 Murkrows by the head and the third with his legs.

He threw the third Murkrow first, then the other 2 towards the rocky mountain. Andrew hopped up and made it back to the ledge as Razon defeated Honchkrow. Razon jumped back onto the ledge as Honchkrow fell towards the ground. "We must be close, let's keep going." ; Razon nodded his head as the duo ascended up the mountain, heading towards the Dark Abyss.

Dark Abbys,Pastoria

After not long of searching, a Dratinice came back reporting to of seen Hadyn, or in other words the target, and Ritofario ordered that the Dratinice and 10 others to assault the Infernape. With that, Ritofario flapped his wings, followed by his Generals and they perched on top of a building, to watch the outcome of the attack.

It didn't take long until the 11 Dratinice stormed towards the Infernape, and launched Ice Beam attacks at the Infernape, in hope of freezing it. As Ritofario watched this, he became rather bored, and flew off, his Generals close behind.

Let them do as they do. Bide our time. Ritofario spoke in a different tone, as if his mood had changed.

Peak of Mt. Pyre

IC: Andrew and Razon came closer and closer towards the Dark Abyss atop of Mt. Pyre. It has been a long and rigorous mission so far but Andrew and Razon pulled through and was able to make it to the peak of Mt. Pyre. Once they we're there they took rest behind a large boulder. "Wow, we're close now." Razon said breathing hard.

"Yeah, and to think that we haven't ran into that Scizor yet.." "Your wrong Brilliant Sun!" yelled a mysterious figure releasing a Hyper Beam from it's claw. The beam tore through the boulder and almost hit both Andrew and Razon. "Shouldn't have said anything!!" Razon yelled with a angry voice. "It doesn't matter, both of you we're going to be destroyed anyways!" chuckled Scizor. The 3 Pokemon we're ready to wage a fierce battle.

5:13 P.M.

Suddenly, as Hadyn raced towards Veilstone, several Ice Beams were shot at him. "What the?!" Hadyn howled as he struggled to dodge the on come ice attacks. He barely missed one, and then got hit by a beam of ice. The beam of ice hit his arm and it froze, oblivious the fire on Hadyn's head. "Why you little..." Hadyn at last looked up at the Pokemon that attacked him. "What... What are you... ?!" Hadyn looked up at fear as his eyes reached completely unknown Pokemon, to him at least. "Who cares, you're going down!" Hadyn cried as he viciously lunged at the new Pokemon, aiming to damage it.

Fortree City, Route 120/121
5:38 A.M.

If you were one of the inhabitants of Fortree City brave enough to see what was happening at the Dark Abyss base, you would be greeted with sight of four battle-worn Brilliant Sun soldiers. A bleeding dark-green Scyther, a weary Alakazam, a scarred Feraligatr, and a Charizard with a tear in it's wing marched proudly but silently out of the building, on onwards to Route 120. Suddenly, someone began to cheer. Within moments the entire night was awake with praises of the grateful people and Pokemon. As Squad 051 disappeared into the night, wishing not to be seen, the sky shone for an instant, and a small scroll dropped into the bushes. The worn-out alliance sat and read the whim of Arceus.

Squad 051
The assistance of yours in Fortree City of much help, as another society has been preserved. However weary you may be, I ask a favor. I need you to assist Andrew and Razon on Mt. Pyre. As it is the Dark Abyss' Hoenn stronghold, I have sent Lugia to escort you to your allies.

The Pokemon, all healed after several potions, spoke the same word at the same time: "Lugia" The majestic bird soared down to them, much larger than any Pokemon any of them had ever seen. It's majestic beauty paralyzed them as it came down to a landing in front of them. "Are you all just going to stare at me wide-eyed or are you going to get on?" Lux replied, "I think we all need to stare for a little while longer." "Unfortunately," Lugia responded, "there isn't time for that." Soon Lugia and Squad 051 approached the peak of Mt. Pyre, and saw a Sceptile and Zangoose in fierce combat with a Scizor along the terrain. Several more soldiers appeared to be on their way. "I would love to help, but I am needed elsewhere. Farewell." Lugia spoke as she dropped them off. As soon as he his feet hit the ground,, Connor blasted full-force at Scizor, death in his eyes.

Peak of Mt. Pyre

IC: The fierce battle continued with Hyper Beams being shot and claws slashing. Scizor launched another Hyper Beam towards Andrew and Razon. Razon threw a boulder to take the hit while Andrew lunged forward and striked with Leaf Blade. "Your skills are formidable, but I don't go down that easily!" Scizor yelled charging a Hyper Beam. Andrew and Razon jumped back as the Hyper Beam shot out. The beam was then stopped by Squad 051 of the Brilliant Sun. "Hmm, you came to help eh? Very well let's take him down!" Razon yelled preparing himself.

It was a natural reaction for Scyther to hate Scizor. Connor was different in that he would be willing to evolve into one, but he still hated them. The hatred wore off once evolved, but the reason was this: Scyther felt that not only was the evolution unnatural (involves metal coat and trading), but it made use of shields and metal. This was protection that Scyther tried to do without by using their scythes quickly and effectively. Connor sprung at Scizor, slashing, jabbing, cutting. Lux blew an inferno at him as Feraligatr used Hydro Pump. Alakazam used Confuse Ray to daze him as Razon and Andrew battled furiously. However, Connor fought the hardest. He was, however, being backed up to the cliff. Before he knew, the back of his foot was over nothing. "Good night." the Scizor uttered with a malicious grin. Thinking quickly, Connor kicked some dirt up into it's opponent's face. He hacked at his shoulder, jumped over him, and kicked backwards. A scream was emitted as Connor looked over the edge of Mt. Pyre to see a falling red dot. "Good night."

IC: Andrew and Razon stopped to see that Scizor was finally defeated. All of them together was able to defeat Scizor and claim victory on the battle on Mt. Pyre. Andrew walked up to Conner. "Thanks for the help, we really appreciate it." Andrew said with his arms crossed. Razon got up from the ground and walked next to Andrew. Suddenly a small light shined above them and a letter fluttered out of it. Andrew jumped high into the air and grabbed it.

"What does it say?" asked Razon. "It says that we need to go to Sinnoh or another region just as long as we help out the Brilliant Sun." ; Razon then smiled. "We still got to deal with the Dark Abyss here, there's still Deoxys and others left."

7: 15 A.M

"Speaking of Deoxys..." Lux started, "Shouldn't it have come sooner? We have caused a lot of havoc, as much as we can anyways, so it would seem fitting for it to come and attack." "Lux has a point. If Deoxys comes it will crush us, even if we were at full strength. We have to get off this death-trap. Now." Suddenly, Arceus's scroll shone with a bright radience, and died back down. It now added: It's covered. "Good ol' Arceus," Andrew started, "Always there for us." "But what's covering it?" Alakazam asked, "How do we get off?" A savage Hyper Beam suddenly ripped through the rock next to Razon's head. "Dear Arceus, what now?" He uttered as he turned. "Arceus, covering would be appreciated." The six started to scramble as Deoxys sprang from the side of the mountain. It's eyes were pure red, ready to extinguish Hoenn's finest. As all seemed lost, a monumental Tri-Attack pushed Deoxys over a boulder. "No living thing could have produced that," Alakazam said. "That's because three living things did." As Squad 051 and the other rogues turned, they were face-to-face with the Legendary Birds of Kanto. "Hurry," Moltres said, "On our backs." With amazing speed, Andrew and Razon leaped on to Zapdos, Alakazam and Feraligatr on Moltres, and Connor finally jumping on the icy back of Articuno. As the birds and Lux soared off into the sunset, all Deoxys could do was fire a futile Hyper Beam, as he watched strong enemies escape it's grasp. Revenge burned in it's body.

IC: Andrew and Razon sat on the back of the Legendary Thunder Bird, Zapdos. It was amazing to be flying on the back of one of the Legendary Pokemon. Both Andrew and Razon were grateful to be saved by the trio of legendary birds. "I know a couple things of Deoxys." Razon stated. "I know he has three forms, all dangerous. First there's the Attack Form which gives Deoxys great power, Second the Defense Form giving Deoxys great Defense, and last the Speed Form giving Deoxys great agility. It he uses Speed Form right now he could.."

At that moment Deoxys sped up in front of the three legendary birds. "You can never outrun me, and now.." ; Deoxys began to shift into Attack Form. "Take this!" ; A powerful Psychic attack launched out with great power heading towards Squad 051. Moltres countered with Fire Blast, Articuno raided with Ice Beam, and Zapdos striked with Thunderbolt. All three attacks combined able to destroy the Psychic attack.

"Don't think you're getting away without a fight!" Deoxys cried as he switched Forms back into Speed. Using his recovered Speed powers, he used the Teleport move to instantly get in front of the group. The move he retained from one of his former Forms. Stopping the trio of Kanto Birds in their tracks, he proceeded to attack every member on board, but with weak moves, such as Knock Off, and Night Shade. Deoxys, was of course, holding back. Then, he combined to moves, Zen Headbutt, and Agility, to make the ultimate move combo. The speed from the Agility raised Deoxys' Speed to frightening heights, while the Zen Headbutt gave him the ability to attack while moving so fast. Deoxys created a never-ending, un-escapable vortex of him using Zen Headbutt and Agility over and over again. The sun brightened, symbolizing Arceus' anger towards Deoxys, an outsider that he did not create. The beast had only mutated from the space virus for fear of Pokemon's health. But, now that Arceus thought, maybe a space virus would have been better than Deoxys. Back to the fight, Deoxys laughed twice, and said, "What do you think of me now!" His body was built perfectly so that he would not take damage from such fast speeds.

"Uh-oh." "Zapdos, Articuno." Moltres roared, "Tri-Attack!!" The legends soared higher and released the combined beam towards Deoxys. Feeling needed; Lux, Alakazam, Feraligatr, and Sceptile launched their respective strongest special attacks (Psychic, Flare Blitz, Hydro Cannon, and Solar Beam) which formed another strong elemental ball and surged towards the former space virus. Both hit it squarely in the face as it was changing into Speed Form, it's weakest in defense. The Bird's attack noticeably damaged it, while the other's wasn't as strong. At this point, Connor and Razon both felt helpless, something neither liked. So, in an unspoken agreement, they suddenly did a daredevil thing at the perfect time. Deoxys was charging a Psychic, and both the Scyther and Zangoose stood. "What are you doing?" Zapdos yelled. As the blast was launched, they jumped. They just got over the energy and landed on Deoxys. "WHAT?!?!" it screamed as it tried to shake them. However, they would not budge. They hacked, clawed, and scratched as the others launched attacks. Deoxys was being worn out. Soon, it had no where near the energy to fight, and it teleported. However, even though they had won, this left Connor and Razon in an unfavorable situation. They were several thousand feet in the air, whilst the birds circled high overhead.

The Dratinice swerved towards the Infernape, one of them being defeated by the Ape's lunge at them, and they just managed to dodge as they unleashed a couple of Ice Beams upon the Ape.

Ritofario stormed through the air, swerving from this side to that, when something caught his eye. He could see several small Pokemon on steeds flying towards them.
A patrol.. Damn Brilliant Sun Ritofario thought as he evaded the incoming attacks.
Engage with the Sun scum! Ritofario ordered, as his men split up into two groups and completely surrounded the trio of Pokemon.
Ritofario could see a Pikachu on a Pidgeot, a Pichu on a Pidgeotto, and a Pikachu on a Pidgeot.

IC: The three legendary birds swooped down as fast as they could. All Razon and Conner could see was buildings and people, they were falling towards Lilycove City. Zapdos dove down and rescued Razon while Articuno flew down and rescued Conner. They then started back up into the air. "Whew! Thanks Zapdos." Razon said reliefed. "Hmm If I'm correct Deoxys would to the farthest location away from us, somewhere where it can form a Dark Abyss Base.." "Mossdeep City!" interrupted Razon. "Deoxys is a space virus right? And there's a space center in Mossdeep so it'll probably go there." ; "Your right, let's go!" Andrew said as the three legendary birds flew at a fast pace towards Mossdeep City.

As the birds skimmed the water, the Pokemon began to discuss their next move. "So," Feraligatr started, "what happens when we hit Mossdeep?" "I'm not sure. Deoxys will be a little tired, but not much. Plus, it is a Dark Abyss stronghold, meaning an entire army will be waiting... Deoxys's army. The Pokemon agreed that they could not defeat Mossdeep on their own, they'd need a battalion behind them. Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno agreed to send out a call to all Brilliant Sun forces in Hoenn. "Are you sure that you're allowed to do this?" Lux asked, "Isn't this Arceus's job?" "He has this power also," Moltres said, "But in this instance it would be better that we do the call, for the Dark Abyss won't recognize it." "Since our headquarters is over in Ever Grande, I think we can expect reinforcements within an hour." "That's true." Alakazam noted. They landed on a large island nearby, and dropped off their passengers. The trio then circled into the sky, thousands of feet high, and released their famous Tri-Attack. It connected and exploded in a spectacle of light and power far above them. It could be seen clearly all across Hoenn...

IC: Woah, woah, back it up; Llama Commando COMPLETELY ignored my post, and totally bunnyed Deoxys. I'm pretty sure that he wouldn't be turning into Speed Form, because he is now in it. You two are stuck by being attacked by Deoxys, and need to find a way to stop him.

I had meditated through the entire night, hardening my mind in case any follower of Arceus might stumble upon us. At perhaps six-thirty I had decided that was enough and allowed my mind to unfocus and think. I stared into the sun, unblinking, pondering our next move. This place...was not worth defending. There was nothing here of use to them besides us, which was exactly why we needed to get moving. Though I was strong, too many would wipe us all out. I was wise enough to know that I wasn't invincible...

I stopped levitating, gently lowering myself to the ground and walking over to my fellow warriors. All of them were still asleep. All in all, I had six and myself. There were three warriors: the Aggron that had disturbed me last night, a Tyranitar, and a Marowak. Two others, a Honchkrow and Swellow, were aerial specialists, while the last was a ranged fighter, an Ivysaur.

And there was myself, an Alakazam who had silently been considered the leader by all in the group, perhaps for my superior intellect, more likely out of fear. Fear was a powerful force...

"Wake up, all of you. We must move out of this deserted city."

The Honchkrow grumbled and stirred, slowly getting up. "Wha...? Are those Brilliant Sun wretches attacking?"

"No, they are not. This city is not worth defending. It is all but completely destroyed, and the Brilliant Sun will have little use for it, if any. We will go to where we can be made useful. Get up, all of you lazy Pokemon."

The Honchkrow blinked and started waking the others up. Soon everyone was awake and ready, though more than a few were complaining about being woken so early. I sighed bitterly at their reluctance to wake. "Lazy, all of you lazy and useless..."

"What...do we have planned...Rylanzar, sir?" the Aggron muttered hesitantly. He was timid, an odd trait for a warrior.

"Nothing until I receive orders. I will ask Deoxys now where we are most needed." I shut my eyes and focused on the image of the strange alien Pokemon, red and green and tentacled. And I formulated my message and sent it to him telepathically. He would be able to respond even if he was fighting, for he had Psychic powers superior to mine.

Grand General Deoxys, this is soldier Rylanzar. I have with me a small group of soldiers, three warriors, two aerial fighters, and two ranged fighters, including myself. We are currently stationed at Veilstone City of Sinnoh and wish to be told where we can be used best.

Somewhere over the Ocean

"Oh this is not good." Lux said as a super-fast Zen Headbutt courtesy of Deoxys narrowly missed his face. "You think?" "Yes, yes I do." Lux replied. "Sarcasm dude." Connor replied angrily as he frantically tried to think up a plan. As the three Birds of Kanto battled mano-a-mano with Deoxys in front of him, and with Lux, Feraligatr, Alakazam, and Sceptile using ranged moves to attempt damage, Connor felt helpless. Razon must be feeling the same thing I am, Connor noted as he dodged another agilitied Zen Headbutt from Deoxys. The sudden movement left him staring at the waters, where he saw large waves coming from two Wailord. Even as he had seen them before, Wailord always amazed him with their size. They raised their heads out of the water, and Connor saw for an instant a beight yellow Brilliant Sun pendant on their necks. Two full-power Hydro Pumps were shot at the unaware Deoxys, and it appeared the small force had two new allies.

One of the Wailord's beams of water completely missed Deoxys, and flew through the air for quite some time before it fizzled out, but, through luck, and a lot of it, one of the Hydro-Pumps hit Deoxys, and hit him head on. Shocked, he was thrust in a different direction, but his still maintaining Agility shot in in another direction, leaving the heavily injured Deoxys dangling in the air, temporarily dis-functional. But, weak was a trait that Deoxys was not created with, and he quickly recovered, and healed himself; though dashes and lines of the impact still showed on one area of Deoxys' body. Now utterly enraged, he singled out somebody in the air, and made them his target. After adjusting for a moment, and picking a target, Deoxys burst through the air, and was aimed at the Zangoose that was with the Sceptile.
