I am currently learning how to play an electric guitar for such a reason. I'd really enjoy being in a band, as would several of my buddies, so we're all learning the instruments we want to be in a band separately until we're decent, and then we'll go ahead and form the band when we think we're good enough.

Mm, most likely I'd go for either Violin or Piano, though I'd have to learn them first. (And yes, I do happen to know a band that uses Violin. :3)

I'll be aiming for the position of a Singer in the band. Probably a Comedy/Romance singer. If it's not possible, I think I know enough of Guitar as well to be a guitarist.

I'd try for piano. While I'm not that good at it currently, I do play the clarinet :dazed: although, that won't exactly get me far in terms of an alternative-rock band. But I think the piano part is really important, so yah, I'll go for that.... if anything else, I could do some killer advertisement.

As long as it's NOT rock (soft rock and a little of regular rock is OK), I'd love to be the singer. Though, my voice is horrible when I try to transition from low to high, and vice-versa. But, I love to sing.
