Evolving Eevee into Espeon and umbreon in Colliseum

Can you do it?
I'm trying to find out where else i can Evolve the little bugger besides Ruby and Sapphire. I'm thinging you use alot of colognes and walking around to make it like you, am i right in my assumptions?

i dont think it can evolve in colosseum but try the colonge case trick it might work

I think you can but you might only be able to get one since there`s no way of telling day or night but if you want them in r/s so bad go ahead and try.
