I don't know how to find Deoxys(did I spell that right?) and I could use some Help, so Please HELP!!! :sad:

Sorry Deoxys (I didn't spell it right :wall: ) but you can't get him in Ruby and Sapphire :neutral: . you'll be able to get him in the remakes of Red and Green (Fire Red and Leaf Green) hope that helps :wink:
