This is a trivia where you can post any kind of trick Q or any kind of Q with an answer nobody would have guessed. Someone says the Q and others try to guess the answer. Don't make a new Q until the current one has been solved. I'll go first.

A plane is flying from Maine to California. It leaves at 3:00 PM and 2 hours later, it passes over LA, Nevada. Woohoo! Right before it gets to California, it runs out of gas and starts to fall. It lands directly on the line seperating California and [Insert state touching California]. Where do they bury the survivors?

Cool, my cousin already asked me this. The plane crashes between California and Nevada and the survivors arent buried anywhere because they survived
and they cant be buried.

If you name the answer to a Q, the Q disappears.

The man is a pastor, while the woman is a sister from his church.

I can't think of a trick question, so somebody else can do it.

Since you stole 4 of 'em, I guess you have 4. :P

A cowboy rides into town on Friday. He's greeted by all the townspeople, because he's supposed to be their new Sheriff (The old one was killed a few days ago by Black Bart). On the same day, the cowboy sets himself up in the jailhouse and waits.

Three days later, Black Bart comes to town. He makes such a ruckus in the village square that the cowboy runs outside to see what's going on. He takes one look at Black Bart, jumps on his horse, and heads for the hills. He left on Friday. How did he do it?

No, there isn't. 4th of July is the US's day of independence.

Don't double post, Rukario.

Here's one:
1. Where is the biggest O?
2. Where is the biggest X?
3. If a plane crashed in the border of USA and Canada, where do you bury the survivers?
4. 3 people need to get across the river. They have a boat that can hold 100 lbs. 2 people are 50lbs., and 1 is 100 lbs. How do they get across?

I know, I draw horribly (I used Paint).

1. The circumfrence of the planet....
2. The crossing of the diameters...
3. Ahhhh..... you bury the living... cool I guess
4. 50+50 goes, 1 50 comes back, gets off, let's 100 go, then the 50 comes back to pick up the first 50 and sail across, thus, letting all of them get across while obeying the weight limit :silly:

All of those were easy... lol.

Actually, Kronos answered correctly the first and the second ones. The big X is the one who divided the circle in 4 parts and the big O is the one who contains Canada, USA, the 3 men, the X's and the O's.

Its not supposed to be a planet. So no equater of prime maridian.

Matthew
04-18-2005, 03:25 PM
I never said anything about an equator or prime meridian... I did say planet, but I meant the circle as a whole... I thought you made it as a planet seeing as it has to do with land and countries and stuff.... lol.

I have a trick question...

How quickly can you find out what is unusual about this paragraph? It looks so ordinary that you would think that nothing was wrong with it at all, and in fact, nothing is. But it is unusual. Why? If you study it and think about it you may find out, but I am not going to assist you in any way. You must do it without coaching. No doubt if you work at it for long, it will dawn on you. I don't know. Now, go to work and try your luck.

What is strange about the above paragraph?

Shuko

What is strange about the above paragraph?

Hrm... It has no instances of the letter "e"? That's all I could find odd about it, really. :(

Just in case I'm right, here's one. First time I heard this one, I was banging my head against the wall to try to figure it out, lol.

If you drove a bus with 43 people on board from Chicago and stopped at Pittsburg to pick up 7 more people and drop off 5 passengers and at Cleveland to drop off 8 passengers and pick up 4 more and eventually arrive at Philadelphia 20 hours later, what's the name of the driver?

Lol. I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I was that I didn't get that one when I first read it. Have you got a new question, Mike?

And does anyone know if I was right about that odd paragraph?
