defeat elite 4 ->bronze (one star)
completing pokedex of 200 pokemon -> copper(two star)
100 win streak in battle tower->silver(three star)
beating all 5 types of contests at master rank level->gold (four star)

You also get cool stuff for your secret base like a glass ornament, silver sheild, gold sheild, blue/red tent, pictures in the museum, strong pokemon (from the experience), Beldum, the master ball, diploma, complete pokedex, pat on the back by the prof., able to ride the boat, able to catch rayquaza and lati@s, and the Satisfactory of doing it to show off to people when you tag them while you are linked together.
