I'm creating a new clan. Anyone wanna join? No holds barred except no hacked pokemon.

Grunt (you are put into a battle)
Commander (you can make your own batles)
Leader (you cna put grunts into battles)
Master (thats me, i can put commanders into battle and can accept anyone.
Assist Leader (same as me except the highest rank you can put into battle is Leader)

Wouldn't everyone want the top three ranks? I suggest having an advancement system, with rank ups for winning battles, etc...

Take a look at the first posts of other clans before you make your own. This needs a lot more organization. I suggest joining another clan to better familiarize yourself with the surroundings.
