My friend had a Jirachi that he traded to me from his ruby at lvl17(Now it is lvl 100) and in the summary it said he caught it on route116. Does anyone have a clue about that because he doesn't have an action replay he also caught a lugia and ho-oh on it.

Not neccesarily. He could have saved there, and had Pokemon Channel. He beat it and happened to have the PAL version.
So he did the Jirachi transfer, and since he was at route 116, the game thought he caught it there.
It could just be a minor glitch.
What really sucks, I got PKMN CHNL for my Birthday last year. not that I wanted it. I beat it but it wasn't the PAL Version! Poopy.
