What is the Berry Glitch?

There is some kind of 'Berry Glitch Fix' that you can do, between Ruby and Sapphire, what exactly is it? How does Emerald and some of the other games fix it?

I don't know the exact time but the time will stop working and you can't gow berries.

after one year of the same game file, the time stops and everything related to time will stop (the berries, sales in places,etc.) I'd sugest you save up on berries

You fix the glitch by either

1. Trade with the gamecube pokemon game. I think its Xd gale of darkness or Colosseum


2. Link your gameboy up with someone else who has Pokemon Leafgreen or firered-
Press Down + B + Select at the title screen (where Venasaur appears). A screen will appear with instructions on how to update your Berries in Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire.

And the berry glitch makes it so that beries cannot grow anymore. This beryy glitch happens in maybe like 7 years after owning the game..not sure.
