ScarfTom. I've caught so many people off guard with this little guy.

I saw a Parasect in a Warstory and it worked pretty nicely.
Subsitute on a favorable switch, and Spore while they just hit your Sub. Pursuit's for Psychic types who fear a Bug attack, and X-Scizzor's just for STAB.

Saw this on the Smogon page (though I tweaked the EVs a bit) and loved it.
Ice Beam has a 20% chance of freezing, and Water Pulse has a 40% chance of confusion, add that after a few Calm Minds and being able to instantly heal, you've got one hell of an annoyer.

A +Attk nature, 252 Attk, Hustle and Choice Band brings this little bird to 515 Attack.

I'd much rather have HP Grass on Rotom so that Quagsire and Gastrodon can't just switch in on you all day.

You also really need to watch out for Toxicroak switch-ins. If he comes in on a Water Pulse, it's basically GG from there. Once a Swords Dance is up, nothing is safe to switch in. While he doesn't hit 'Top for SE damage, I still can't imagine he's happy to come in on a Swords Danced STAB Cross Chop coming off a base 106 attack.

To a lesser extent this can be said about his Nasty Plot set, though depending on the set different members of your team can wall it.

In other words, I really recommend you address Toxicroak by putting something in to stop him. Nidoqueen and most ground types can destroy it with EQ, and Mr. Mime can outspeed with a Timid nature and get a Sub up before he can Sucker Punch, and STAB Psychic spells doom for Toxicroak.

Though if you're willing to change your plan with Rotom a little bit, you can also put Trick over T-Wave in the last spot. He won't hate a Scarf boost, but he won't be able to 6-0 your team nearly as easily. If you want to cripple him further, use Choice Specs.

Other than that glaring weakness, this team actually looks pretty good.

True, but then I could just throw in Grumpig who can destroy them if they aren't suspecting Energy Ball.

Wow, didn't realize the 'Croak weak. Thanks for pointing that out.

Sandslash > Hitmontop?

Will do.

Thank you :)

Sandslash could work. The beautiful thing about putting him in over 'Top is that he can still Rapid Spin. I'd recommend going Impish with max HP and Def to minimize damage from switch-ins.
