The Eon Ticket. I got the Eon Ticket, know wht it does and have all requirements except active game files in Ruby and Sapphire. Got the e-Reader, too. Can I activate anytime, or do I need to be so far? And how do I get the Eon Ticket (in the game) once my game paks register the 'delivery' ?

Umm... if you have the eon ticket, go to the slateport or lily cove harbour, and give the girl the ticket, she takes it, and when you get on the boat, take a nap in your bed, and it will say you have arrived. Once you exit, your on an island with latias or latios (latios in sapphire, latias in ruby) it holds the item "soul dew"

After you have five badges and activate the mystery event in Ruby or Sapphire ONLY, then save your game and have two gameboy advances (one with the e-reader and one with Ruby or Sapphire) with the game go into mystery event and have the e-reader read the card. It should take. It then says to see your dad at his gym. Do so and he will say something and hand it to you. And now you have the Eon ticket.
