Wierd glitch in bro's Sapphire.....HELP

Guys, i swear i saw this. Whenever my bro goes to slateport city and goes to the next route and fishes, he finds lv 13 KYOGRES. They are weird because they are always either shiny with hydro cannon or a nonshiny and both are UNCATCHABLE. Any advice on what I should do? It only works if we have this info

If you defeat it, it says you have gained 9X exp and you get only 1EXP.

It has appeared twice, and at a specific place. It was brand new too.

He was on EXACTLY 4 hours 20-30 mins when this happens and it happens after saving only. You have to avoid most trainers too.

Aloso this happened the day after his B-day, when he opened it.

It was new out of the box and this is happening!?!?!?!?!? :happy::smile::biggrin::eek: Do you own Gameshark or Action Replay? If you do, put in a modifier code on the Sapphire and make Wailmer appear or Magikarp or something. That is all I can do.

IT only works with the old rod.

I believe you !!! On my Sapphire I keep finding Lv. 28 Latias. I caught like 23 of em already ! AND it is new and untouched by hax. I think it is just a glitch..... I can't play with friends because the link doesn't work for it.

cant say i dont believe it / do believe it, but if its true, then the used game probably got hax and ravaged like heck. Main reason why people return their r.s.e game are becacuse they have hacked to tha point where its not even fun anymore, and just sell it.

i believe u because the name u said it has 2 b 'AndreW' sounds almost like a code and there has 2 b a 1 in the first slot of the OT so its sounds pretty true 2 me.
