I Just Bought A ruby YesterDay I Turned It On It Looked Okay
I Saved
But When I Turned IT On TOday It Said :
Your Battery Is Run Dried
Time Events Won't Occure

And The Save File Was Gone
Help Me

It could be either of these two things:

1. A glitch
2. Your game battery is dying.

Did you buy your game used? If you did, the problem might just be that it needs a new battery. I'd return it and buy a new one, that's pretty much all you can do.

This is called the berry glitch.

The internal clock runs dry, I'd advise you to buy a new one of Ebay.

Bring in your GBA/DS and the game into wherever you bought it from and show them that it doesn't worked aswell as showing the recipete and ask for a replacement.

well if the internal battery is dead or dying and its from a box the have to replace it... its sale of a bad item w/o consent, if hey told oyu the battery was dead or dying its different but if they didnt they are obliged and will most likely replace it

It's the Berry Glitch. It basically doesn't allow Berries to grow, you can't do Lottery, etc etc. Easily Fixed if you have a copy of FRLG.

1. Get FR/LG. On Title Screen, Press Select and B (I think). Then do what it says.
2. Trade with Pokemon Colloseum.
3. Wait one year.

i know the gba sp carts dont have screws like the gameboy color ones but you can open the gba ruby cart by slowly , literally pulling the cartidge apart and replace the battery inside. If you're wondering where to buy it, then its at radio shack but if u dont want to go through all that crap just sell it at eb games

My Sapphire version has the same thing, mine's a fake though, and it's had it ever since I got it

Mine saves, but if I leave it alone for too long, it'll reset

Berry Glitch shouldn't happen yet that should be atleast at 99:98 a point I passed and Berries still grow sosometimes that happens to me to whenever one of my batteries are loose of my GBA it happens
