I don't think you'll be able to make it to 100 straight wins with that team. I would remove both Drapion and Vespiquen, and put in their place a Heracross and a Starmie. You'll probably have to EV train them as all the BT pokemon are EV trained. Here are some considerable movesets:

Starmie @ Life Orb / Wise Glasses / Choice Specs
Trait: Natural Cure (preferrably)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 6 / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
~Surf
~Thunderbolt
~Ice Beam
~Psychic / Grass Knot / Recover (no Recover if using Specs)

Heracross @ Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Trait: Guts
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
~Stone Edge
~Night Slash
~Megahorn
~Close Combat

I might replace Infernape since your's is not good and the other one I would suggest requires breeding, so I would use a Tyrannitar or a Weavile in it's place
