Okay I have a friend and his friend hatch a Rayquaza lv. 5 with a Ditto. My friend saw this happened and says that there was no gameshark or action replay used.

My question is, is this possible?

It is impossible Rayquaza can't breed it's a legend (yes I am aware Rotom can breed)
Also you could have asked to seen it and if it was below level 70 guess what:wink:

Nope, it's not legal. Legendaries can't breed, except for Manaphy, and even that is a special case. The only two things that could've happened are

a) Your friend lied to you and did use a Gameshark/AR.
b) There is some major glitch in the game's programming.

Well, it's not possible legally, but people can use these things called "romodiscs" which are not like AR/Cheating devices in anyway.

Stick one in your computer, hook the charger into your game, then insert a slow that comes with the RD into your computer, conntecting to the game, and viola. You can do anything with your game. Change the levels of Pokémon, recolour the grass and stuff.

he might of got an acciedent cartridge like there might be a few things that were not un programmed when nintendo made it

Where did your friend get the game?
If he got it used, the previous owner might have tampered with it.

Dude, legendaries are HeShes, ask him to see it, i dont even think ditto can breed :eh: and it would have to be EXTREMELY tampered with for this to happen like if a baby regergitated in it or something.

The only legend that can breed is Manaphy. None of those mons you mentioned were legends. :\

On topic: I doubt that it's true, in fact, I have a guide book that will prove it's not true. I'll check it later tonight and edit this with the result.
