Ok, I know you all know that Shiny pokemon are extremely rare,
but I wanted to know. Is there ANY cheats to get Shiny pokemon whithout a AR?

My friend found a cheat. She turns on her game, plays with her pokemon, does this cheat without a AR, and encounters like 100 shiny pokemon!!

No, there aren't any cheats to get any without an AR. It's impossible for your friend to do that without cheating, so she's either cheating or lying =/

The only way I know of to try to get a shiny is to save right before you encounter a specific pokemon (rayquaza, groudon, etc.) and keep resetting in the hopes that you get a shiny one.
Keep in mind that this may not work, but it is worth a try, if you have the loads and loads of time to do this.

p.s.
I have found ONE shiny so far, and that was a shiny Spinda while I was collecting ashes.

Well, in R/S/E generation, its a lot of hard find a shyne pokémon, but in D/P have the system of chaining that makes a lot easier.

yes she probaly is lying because there is a 1 in 10000 chance of getting a shiny at any time

Yeah, it's true. I used to think I'd never get a shiny, when I caught a shiny Magikarp. You do not know how happy I was at the time.

I have only ever encountered one shiny - a shiny Poocheyna on my Ruby. It is now a Lv 39 Mightyena, transferred to Diamond.

And your friend must be lying. Action Replay is the only way to get a shiny unless you do it fairly.

Why isn't this closed yet? Your friend found a cheat for shinies just like that? Without an AR? And on an R/S/E game? Highly improbable. Why isn't this closed yet?

And, were you even there as a witness to confirm this event?

I caught one shiy crobat on saphire, one shiny bannette and I softreset for shiny lugia on emerald. I soft reset for shiny mewtwo on leaf grean, and I softreset for shiny Rayquaza on ruby, and I hatched shiny eevee on fire red.

on Diamond I hatched 5 shinnies and on pearl I caught shiny bronzong, midrevous and machoke. Alot easier on new game to get shinnies.

but there is no cheat to get shinnies without an AR.
