Since D/P came out I've been stuck on choosing team, so I finally have something worked out. I'm a person who values speed BTW
Yes I'm a serebii *****, hate me. but I'd like to see what you all would contribute

Recommended move set please

Substitute
Stone Edge

Milotic (?)

Alright, for the Garchomp make it Adamant but raise its Speed, Attack, and Sp-Attack.
*Edit, and put Leftovers on it cause its HP kinda sucks*

no no no lol
Adamant Garchomp wants a choice scarf.
Jolly Garchomp wants life Orb. dont give lefties.
Going back to the team, I smell a huge Electivire Weakness there except for your Bronzong. you also have big EQ weakness as well and no means of real walling running Bronzong and Milotic, both mixed walls will make prediction harder and in other words get you killed real fast. You also need more special stuff. I see no sweeper when it comes to special area. Messy team there. for the last spot i can't help but suggest Blissey.
Make bronzong Physical waller with Levitate, play Milotic Mixed wall and run a blissey specialist + Cleric.
for Garchomp, brick break over sub.
and for Milotic go go go RestTalk Ice Beam and HP electric.
Bronzong go Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Gyro Ball, Hypnosis.
Hope it helped.

Thanks both of you. The advice really helps.
Just wondering, what nature should my Milotic be?

02-23-2008, 11:25 PM
Ummm......I forgot cause my books not with me but a nature that boosts it HP.
*Edit, for the Brongzong, Hypnosis either Confuse Ray, Imprison, Payback, TM. 26 Earthquake*

Scarfchomp is seriously overrated. SD please. Life Orb is a good item for it, and Lum Berry works to tick off Weezing who tries to WoW you and stuff.

But um 3 physical attackers, two of which get slaughtered by Earthquake if you try to switch them in. that won't be working to your advantage.

He is a bit overrated true, but no matter what people say, ScarfHera and Scafchomp are both lovely.
Also there is no nature that boosts HP, milotic should be bold.

Scarfhera sucks, CBCRoss is a monster. Spongebob posted this once on PC...

Yes, there is no nature that boost Hit Points, and almost always should be Bold. Calm if you're worried about Thunderbolt for your team, Bold if you're worried about Thunderpunch for your team.

I would pick HP Electric on Milotic in this case, why? because he already has Electivire's Ice Punch and Nape's Stone Edge and a garchomp, so countering dragons with Ice Beam or Bulky Grasses wont really be needed.
Also, he has Stone Edge and Thunder Punch ready at any time to take down Gyara, bu add HP Electric so that your resttalk doesn't become a set-up fun area for Gyara

HP Electric sucks on Miloric, in reterospect It's better to use Ice Beam, Surf, Rest, Sleep Talk, or the new standard. Also, It's better to switch out, rather then stay in on it. ._.

to some extent yes, but his team has alot of Ice moves already so it doesn't make sense just to add another one. HP Electrcic will offer more varriety that's all.

You apperantly know nothing about garchomp he has some really good Hp compared to the other competitive pokes.

Infernape (Jolly)
Item: Life Orb?
Swords Dance
Flare Blitz
Close combat
Stone Edge/Thunder punch/Earthquake
Thunde rpunch or Earth quake are other options as well rather than stone edge. Thunder punch gets those water types as well as flying so think about it.

Electivire (Adamant)
Item: Expert Belt
Earthquake
Cross Chop
Ice Punch
Thunder Punch
Good standard

Bronzong (Relaxed/Bold)
Item: Leftovers
Calm mind
Psychic
Hypnosis
Hidden power ice/Electric

A calm minding bronzong kills so many things with its great defenses.Your choice on what hidden power.

Garchomp (Jolly)
Item: Leftovers
Earthquake
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Swrods dance
Stone Edge/Fire fang

Milotic Calm
Item: Leftovers
Mirror Coat
Recover
Ice Beam
Surf
Good i guess. DOnt know much about milotic.

as more my sixth slot, the ones I had in mind are: Aerodactyl, Sceptile, Roserade and Gengar.

Edits in bold.

Thanks for your input guys.

I've been thinking about changing my Electivire to Umbreon, since I have two physical sweepers already. Umbreon would act as my baton passer and annoyer.
Any thoughts?

Btw I'm a girl lol

Also I've thought about changing him to Jolteon.

You're not the freaking dictionary you know.

HP Electric doesn't fail on Milotic and it has good SAtk to use it. I personally think it has way better options in Toxic and Ice Beam (or, it depends on the set really) but saying HP Electric totally fails is a bit much. It will become useful at countering Gyarados and can hit some less bulky waters.

After putting a lot of thought of thought into the Pokemon I would use, I finally came up with the final six. I choose some of my favorites into this team. Note this is a OU team.

http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee133/Amanda_6868/Abomasnow.gif
Abomasnow aka Obama
Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Brave
Wood Hammer
Earthquake
Blizzard
Leech Seed

My Abomix. I'm not use whether to lead with him. Straight foward really.

http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h95/Retasuika/Espeon.jpg
Espeon aka GTFO
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Baton Pass
Calm Mind
Psychic
Sub/Yawn

My baton passer. I've seen this set in many battles online and I've loved it so much I'm going to use it. I'm indecisive with the last slot. Each have valuable uses.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y86/puff_the_magic_dragon/Milotic.png
Milotic aka lulz
Item: Leftovers
Nature:Bold
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover
Hypnosis/Toxic/HP Electric

Special Wall yo. For the last slot...yeah need help on that.

http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z124/satoshi_19/Heracross.gif
Heracross aka Shino
Item: Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Close Combat
Megahorn
Stone Edge
???

Physical Sweeper. Need suggestions on last slot. Why Choice scarf? I like speed...yo.

http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w251/Sonic_ssis/Gliscor.png
Gliscor aka Pwoon
Item: Leftovers
Earthquake
Roost
Stealth Rock
Taunt/ Stone Edge

I love this dude. My Physical Wall/ Supporter. Last slot needs help with. Why am I considering Stone Edge for the last slot? Well, EQ as my only offense can cause problem with Pokemon immune to it but Taunt proves very useful.

http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc133/Ovan1999/Salamence.png
Salamence aka Trogdor
Item: Choice Specs
Nature: Modest
Hydro Pump?
Flamethrower
Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse

Special Sweeper. Salamence>your soul. I'm a bit shaky about Hydro Pump due to its accuracy, but it has its vital uses.

:o

Right now, I'm really thinking abut replacing Abomasnow due to its ability and how my team won't be able to use it effectively.

Right now I really lack Electric and a hazer.
