Looks good. Tropius and Tentacool are great HM slaves, even if odd.

Zangoose and Swablu level up quick and are good for later. I wouln't worry about Typh as I linked my Sapphire to Colo, got Entei and Ttar among others, then sent from there to Ruby.

cut No HMs except Surf. Change either Razor Leaf or Magical Leaf to another move. The ones available are only Toxic or HP Ice for Flying types. You might want to consider Shiftry, though double weak to Bug, its so much more diverse.

I have no idea, sorry, Magneton is not diverse. Only don't put two moves of the same type in one Pokemon. You might want to put Toxic also...

With Swampert, you shouldn't have too much to worry about for Tate and Liza, but if you're too spastic about it, swap some of your original 'mons for some Dark-types, like Sharpedo and Mightyena.

I can tell you that with your given Pokemon and movesets, you're going to want to do something with Roselia and Grumpig, since they stand no chance in that gym.

As said, Sharpedo, Mightyena, and Swampert should take care of Tate and Liza nicely, it was a cinch in my Sapphire Version with that trio.

Rating: 6/10- needed a fair amount of changes. In fact, it still does after this; I just dont know how.

Tips: NO FREAKING HMS!! GET AN HM SLAVE, LIKE TROPIUS!!
