I'm planning to keep..

Swampert
-Surf
-Ice beam
-Earthquake
-Facade

Gardevoir
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-?
-?
No elemental punches :( Gardevoir can't breed with Medicham...

Shiftry
-Shadow Ball
-Aerial Ace
-Extrasensory
-Brick Break

Camerupt
-Eruption
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Flamethrower
I know, I know, I shouldn't have two moves of the same type in one Pokemon, but I've no other choice,
and Eruption would become useless once Camerupt's HP gets low.

I've no idea for the remaining 1 Pokemon, any suggestions? I've thought of Breloom, but he's a Physical
sweeper. I need a Special one. A grass Pokemon. And I'm planning to keep a Slave.

You have loads of Speciality there....I think an annoyer is intended..both of Nincada's Evo's are good at that

Erm... No. Just no. Ninjask with Protect, possibly. No Toxic. Substitute, yes. Rock Slide, no. Ninjask is too frail to serve as an annoyer. Baton Passing is basically its only good option.

Best I can think of off the top of my head. Dunno about EVs though.
