BL/UU isn't a metagame. Its either OU or UU. This is an OU tem, because you're runnning Regice/Gardevoir/Flygon/Porygon2.

Other wise, the team can work to some extent. Seismic Toss on Regice is sort of a wasted moves slot. Run Charge Beam instead. Lefties on Gardy, and you might want to run a bit more speed on it. I wouldn't recoment leading with Sandslash. IMO Flygon does a better job, and can always U-turn. For Scarf Flygon I'd run some sort of MixedSet with Draco Meteor>Dragon Claw, but you don't have too. Seems to work better for me.

Gah, people never understand tiers. BLs are banned UUs. >_> So this team isn't viable in UU play. It is an OU team.

What they're trying to say, Seanrocks, is It's not a UU / BL Team because of some of the Pokemon used. e.g. Regice. Also, can you run two tier teams like this? 0_o

Actually, you're wrong. We are saying that there is no such thing as an UU/BL team for UU battles, because BLs are banned from UU. It technically is a team consisting of BL/UU Pokémon, but it is only viable in OU. And of course you can run two tier teams, thats like saying you can't use Flygon in an OU match... Thats just common sense.
