Is it possible to clone Pokemon on R/S? I'm not asking for myself, but for my brother. I know on Emerald that you go to the Battle Tower.

No, it cannot be done on R/S. It can only be done on D/P and Emerald.

I am not sure if this works but on some sites it says that if you trade with colosseum and turn it off while it is saving it clones the pokemon( i don't know if it works) but it is extremely risky( My advice: Don't try it!)
