Getting Latios/Latias in Sapphire using GameShark?

I recently purchased a GameShark, and want to get a Latios/Latias in Sapphire, but don't know how. I'm not sure what version GameShark I have, but I really need a Lati@s. Please help!

You could just wait until you beat the pokemon league and capture one of them legitimately...

and, as far as GS goes, this is probably not the best site for finding actual gs codes. You might just want to look on google, or at least a site more focussed on Game shark. You would have a much easier time there.
