Salamence@Life Orb
120 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 136 SPEED
Mild
- Brick break
- Draco meteor
- Crunch
- Flamethrower[

You might want Naive>Mild, to give it a slight boost, and maybe run 64 more spd, to outspeed Adamant Garchomp and slower stuff.

Heracross@Choice Scarf
4 HP / 252 ATT / 252 SPEED
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit / Sleep Talk

Night Slash doesn't work. D:

Swampert@leftovers
240 HP / 212 DEF / 56 SP.ATT
Relaxed Nature
- Ice Beam
- Hydro pump
- Roar
- Earthquake

I'm not sure I see the point of Roar, other than scouting since you don't have SR/Spikes out.

Starmie@Leftovers
172 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 SPEED
Timid Nature
Trait : natural Cure
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Recover
- Rapid Spin.

Blegh, I'm not a fan of this set, but w/e.

Snorlax@Leftovers
244 HP / 28 Def / 236 SpD
Careful nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Body Slam
- Crunch

Fine

Weezing;Bold@ Black Sludge
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
- Pain Split
- Haze
- Thunderbolt
- Fire Blast

HP IceMixape KO 4/6 mons on this team. Most versions of Gallade hurt this team too, so watch out for that.

Yeah, I'll just add more speed EV's cuz, I already bred the bagon with 31 Spd, Atk, and Sp Atk IV's....takes a long time ya know ?? hahahahah

And what set wud u recommend for starmie?

tbh I like a sweeper set:

Starmie@Life Orb/Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Recover/Rapid Spin/Grass Knot

D:

Leman

D:

You have to choose between spinning and recovery.

D:

If you go for life orb, that is. Then it costs you 10% health each time you want to spin, and you don't have recover.

D:

Btw, if you want Roar on Swampert, maybe you could put Stealth Rock on it?

All around I like the team balanced enough but watch out for the famous mix-ape. Movesets are fine you just have to be very predictable with this team.

Salamence@Life Orb
120 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 136 SPEED
Mild
- Brick break
- Draco meteor
- Roost / Dragon Claw / Crunch
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower

go with dragon claw and fire blast.

Heracross@Choice Scarf
4 HP / 252 ATT / 252 SPEED
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash / Pursuit / Sleep Talk

this is basic. its up to you but go with either pursuit or night slash. night slash has high critical hit ratio and pursuit does damage to pokemon even if they switchout. pursuit may be better just because you do damage when the foes pokemon is switching out.

Swampert@leftovers
240 HP / 212 DEF / 56 SP.ATT
Relaxed Nature
- Ice Beam
- Hydro pump
- Roar
- Earthquake

mixed swampert? I would like to see how this works out. It looks good but I am not to sure about hydro pump or roar. try surf or water pulse instead of hydro pump cause it has a higher accuracy. for roar I don't know if it would be good on a swampert.

Starmie@Leftovers
172 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 SPEED
Timid Nature
Trait : natural Cure
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Recover
- Rapid Spin.

moveset is fine but I would say put more evs in spatk and less in hp.

Snorlax@Leftovers
244 HP / 28 Def / 236 SpD
Careful nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Body Slam
- Crunch

this looks good to me

Weezing;Bold@ Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
- Pain Split
- Haze
- Thunderbolt
- Fire Blast

I'd get rid of haze and put in explosion and put evs in atk and spatk along with hp and dfe.

Overall I like this team. You did a good job but there is a few things that need to be changed.

my comments are in red in the quote.

My comments about your comments are here:

Hydro Pump is needed on MixPert because of his lower SpAtt, so he needs higher base power to make up for it. NEVER use Water Pulse unless you desperately need the confusion chance. At 60 Base Power, and Surf / Hydro Pump available, what's the point? Confusion leaves when the opponent switches out anyways.

Roar is a little pointless on this team without Spikes / Stealth Rock / Toxic Spikes. Maybe it's for scouting purposes as Leman said, but it works better with one of the above mentioned moves.

The large numbers of HP EV's invested in Starmie is for a good amount of HP it gets back from Recover. What's the point when it gets little without them? It's role isn't as much a Special Attacker as it is utility.

I wouldn't remove Haze on Weezing if I was you. Without it having Will-O-Wisp, things can come in that are neutral or resist Fire Blast and Thunderbolt to set up.

im gunna go with stealth rock on swampert over hydro pump maybe, and leman, staryu wasnt really meant for a special sweeps, it was more of a utility role like a couple peepz mentioned

Azelf wants to rape and pillage this team. Your only shots at killing are Heracross and Snorlax, and Heracross has a tough time switching in since the two main attacks it uses with Nasty Plot hit it for super effective damage. Snorlax will be 2HKO'd by Psychic anyways. :|

Btw, Starmie can sweep just fine. Rapid Spin is just usually more useful.

@Jackson -- You can't really set up against someone who has Haze. That's why that move exists. :P

I said the same thing. D:

If it has Haze, they can't. But if it doesn't, then they're welcome to. Remember, I was FOR keeping it. ;3
