You can only get Kyogre, Regirock, Registeel, Regice(sp?), Rayquaza, and I believe Latias. No 100% sure about the last one. Yo also get Beldum, which has three evolutions, but there is only one.

yeah i used gameshark to get me a girachi latias deoxys and larviatar(lol) on my ruby, and the cool thing i figured out is that if you trade ur sharked pokemon and trade it back, it makes it so you actually see the obtained pokemon in ur pokedex

Or you can just get the Pokemon Encounter codes which automaticly let you catch the pokemon and it goes to your Pokedex except for Gen. I & II(you need to get the Nation Pokedex filled hack for that). Eiter way, the ones I listed above are the only ones you can get without using cheats, hacks, or glitches.

Well for Rayquaza, beat the Elite four first, and get the Mach Bike, a lot of Ultra Balls, or a Master Ball, A pokemon that knows Surf and one that knows Fly, and then your four best Pokemon. No go to Pacifilog city(sp?) and Surf east to Sky Pillar. Use the Mach Bike to go across the cracks in the floors all the way to the top. Ta-da, Rayquaza.

Regis are really really long so I may find you a link that you can follow. This one here (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=1006050131406) should work.

Sure no problem, I almost know Ruby/Sapphire like the back of my hand. Its tough to understand all of it, but I get some of the game down, although I still don't get Natures, EV's, IV's, Hidden Power, and Contests.

no it does something. the pokemon can be stronger depending on the nature. just say u have two lv.23 vaporeons and with the same gender, one vaporeon has a sassy nature and the other one has brave nature. the vaporeon with the brave nature will be stronger then the one with the sassy nature.

actually it depends on what your training it in
some natures are better for some things like attack and are bad for sp. atk.
or the other way around
it all depends what you want your pokemon to be strong in

Errrr.... Well.. the Vaporeon with Brave Nature will have a 10% boosted attack stat, but its not like it'll be Stronger than the other one, don't take natures literally, they don't really show a pokemon's charecter, they simply determine stat growth (some boost certain stats by 10% or vice versa) and some natures don't affect any stat at all, like Bashful, Docile, Serious, Quirky and they determine likes/dislikes of a pokemon regarding pokeblocks, thats all..
