Tropius is not that great. Try SKARMORY or SWELLOW.
AGGRON will work for a bit.

Gardevoir - Psychic
Aggron - Steel/Rock
(Fire Pokemon)
(Flying Pokemon)

Blazekien - Fire/Fighting
Cacturn - Grass/Dark
Milotic - Water
Aggron - Steel/Rock
Gardevoir - Psychic
(Flying Pokemon)

I don't want to use Swellow 'cause I already did before and hes on Ruby, and i Skarmony is not very attackive for my liking

Y'know, I think you should just raise all of your Pokemon and see what you get. Changing your Pokemon around is the best thing a trainer can do when raising.
