Laughing Walda Pepper (not)

Does anybody know what you get if you can make Walda Pepper in Rustboro laugh? And what you might tell her dad to say to make it happen?

Who is Walda Pepper? In what house is she? OR she is someone outside?

She's on the 2nd floor of one of the houses in Rustboro. She's in bed, surrounded by lots of pokemon dolls. Her mother complains about how much work it is to think up meals (she did this in R/S also). The father introduces himself and his "serious" daughter who will not laugh. He askes you to think up a phrase that will make her laugh.

I can't tell you exactly which house, since I'm at work, but it's not like there's more than 6 houses anyway...

I'm just curious to find out if there is a "prize" for getting her to laugh. Seeing all the dolls, I'm expecting something for one's secret hideout.
