Army of Pichu's

I was watching my friend play Ruby the other day. While he's in the Poke'mon Center he goes to the PC, goes to a certain box, and he has 30 Pichu's in it!

This thread has no point in being posted....One time I caught a bunch of Lunatone in hopes of finding one of them holding a moon stone. I don't think a Pichu army is good for battleing. If it was a Raichu army....

*Shrugs.* It's no big deal, Firelover. A lot of people catch/breed the same kind of Pokemon, especially if a certain Mon has many different m-set potential, or to EV train a few and see which works better. It's a common thing. I have at least five Charmander. It's actually a good idea to have multiples of the Pokemon you want to raise, so you can fiddle around with m-sets, stats, EV's etc.

Of course a bunch of Pichus would not be used for battle..Most of the time at least :wink: . Such breeding is done for the love of one kind of pokemon, not to be strong IMHO. As a breeder myself my joy comes from raising pokemon rather that worrying about their raw power. Some pokemon may be weak but I still love breeding them..

I have a pidgey army,because I'm breeding a shiny fearow with a pidgey for having a shiny.Now i think i have.......50-55 pidgey.

I have 10 Treeckos, 5 Spheals, and 4 Lillipes. I'm working on diffrent move sets for all 5 of the GBA games on all of them.

Actually, if you want an item, it's easier to get a Pokemon with Theif and put it as the lead Pokemon ^_^.

But yeah. See FL? Everyone might have different reasons (or similiar) for doing it, but lots of people do have more than one of any kind of Pokemon.

Yeah, I guess. Either the dude REALLY likes the Chu family, or he's uber-obsessed with getting the perfect Raichu O_o. Meh, Raichu might be one of my faves of the Electric Type, but it's really only useful for Special Sweeping, and even then only against Pokemon that don't have an immunity/resistence to it. I prefer Lappy with T-Bolt over a straight Electric Type. Unless it's Amphy, cuz they can be really good Special Sweepers ^_^. *Huggles an Amphy plush.*

That's right. Because of that, I taught my sneasel thief and now I'm training it to crush magnetons holding magnet (my raikou really needs it) and fearows holding sharp beak.

Back on topic, I once got a bunch of clefairys and 4 wobbufetts.

At the moment I have 30 Cyndaquils and 30 Charmanders. I've been trying to get a female Cyndaquil to breed with my Blaziken to breed a Cyndaquil with Earthquake (if that's possible) and I've also been trying to hatch a shiny Charmander :oops: I really wanna get one of those black Charizards :happy:

Hate to break it to you, but Cynda can't get Earthquake through breeding. >_> Which sucks, because a Phlosion with EQ would be pretty cool.

Anyways, I tend to only breed multiples instead of catching them. Better that way, IMO, because the Pokemon starts out at level five, which is always a good thing. At least, it is to me. I've never had an "army" of anything, though >_>. *Gets an idea for an army of Nidos and T-Tars.* Hmmmmm....

Yeah I just hatched a female and bred it with my Blaziken and no Earthquake :sad: I guess now It's on to trying to hatch a shiny Charmander and a shiny Zangoose :tongue:

i have a question! If you use Thief on a wild pokemon and knock it out first hit, do you still steal its item?

Good question. I think yes, because pick up ability also steals after defeating a pokemon.

I breeded and got 4 Pichus, 2 boys and 2 girls, and each with the awesome Volt Tackle! Debating on which one to trade when I play Emerald II since I can't get the 'codes', but honesty is better anyway even if it's hard work. Be great to have a Raichu with Volt Tackle.

I've got about 8 slugmas right now, and I'm still hatching. :oops: I'm trying to find one that is female, has magma body, and has a Timid nature. :P I can't believe I haven't hit on one yet, lol. Anyway, magma body = teh Uber if you're breeding and trying to hatch eggs (in Emerald, at least). 1/2 hatching time = 2x the Pogeys! :P

Well, besides this being SPAM, I saw Fenix's box's today at school. So many Swablu.... :eek: She had at least five boxs full at then more scattered about. She's not the best GBA battler out there for nothing, she devotes so much of her time. @_@
