Once again i need help what do you think will be better a gastly or a misdreavus i want to get rid of my Drifblim its too weak and takes great effect to all of lucians (elite four) pokemon

A Misdreaveus would be better because it's Sp.Attack, SP.Defense, and SPEED. So EV train it and it will be powerful. Need anymore help PM me.
