Looks don't matter to me as long as it plays good, anyways the controller looks really good just don't like the white.

It does look good, except for one thing. I don't think microsoft will downgrade to only a two player console. What about Halo 3, which is supposedly under development now. THe guy above me commented abou the colors being different, I don't think it would matter if they kept the green and black colors. They aren't trademarked or anything. White and green or white and black seems like it would be more appealing to the eye. I think the colors will be different because green and black is just so boring now. I gues we'll find out in a couple days.

Plus, I read something about microsoft releasing fake pictures of the XBOX, holding false meetings, because they know that people in the meetings will take pictures with their hidden phone cameras and release them, it always happens. Like Halo 2 was leaked out a while before it was supposed to be released, so thousands of people were already playing before it even came out. I've seen pictures like this before. Even with microsoft officials in them holding a fake meeting to distract the public.

they're from the official xbox 360 mtv show which was recorded last week and will be on mtv in america tonight and mtv in europe tomorrow.... elijah wood (the hobbit from lord of the rings) presented the show and "the killers" performed live at the event..

The quality of a console does not depend on how it looks physically, but how it works. So there's no need in keeping the same colors, or a similar design.
Look at Nintendos' serie: It started with the NES, then the SNES, the 64 and the Gamecube. None of those consoles has the same design.
It doesn't seem as a fake. If it were in a white background, then it might be a slight chance. But it isn't. Now I will wait for the Revolution :wink:

Although I don't have an XBox, I have to give opinions...

The looks someone downgraded from the XBox, in my opinion. Black is one of my favorite colours, and the X-Box did look good with black and green; white/platinum for consoles, however, just doesn't seem right (After all, Black consoles always look better: N64, PS2, XBox, GCN-Black, GBAsp-Black).

I'm not into FPS or the like (Yes I know there are other games, but the most overrated at FPS and boring Fighters) though I might get it if a few RPGs for it earn the same popularity as the likes of Halo.

Oh, and Jhem, the controller ports are merely optional; default controllers are Wireless, which could lead to an unspecified amount of players per game (But of course, a screen has its limits).
