Use a warp panel to get to the 'office'. It involves navigating this one room there with loads of panels in 'three to a row'. Work your way to the bottom.

In the office are four 'Poke balls'.

Two of these are ELECTRODE. *Right side?

The other two are items. One of which is a MASTER BALL.

Yeah, pretty much. That happened to me, but then I started over! that sucked though 'cuz I had my friends Kyogre. She never talks to me anymore.
