You don't need anybody elses. Use Absol2005's moveset. Leech Seed = Constant Life and an advantage if Lotad is up against a water type (2x vs. 1x). Rain Dance will give lotad life (rain dish), and boost dive, which is powerful in itself, as well as a good PP waster for the opponent. Toxic = Constant death along with leech seed. Perfection.

I'm not a moveset kind of guy so I hope I explained that right.
