how do i get kyogre?

In which version? In sapphire you get it after defeating team aqua and going to the cave of origin in Sootopolis.

In emerald, you get it after defeating the e4. Go to the weather institute and ask for its location. In that location, it will rain.

Do what I do, when I buy a new Pokemon game, I always buy the guide with it. Got to admit that Prima and Nintendo improved on it this time, 30 bucks well spent for the guides. :happy: ANytime I need to find a Pokemon or pick up something, look in the guide book.
