I need to know exactly how this hidden power thing works, I gave my Cyndaquil HP and it turned out to be grass type, but as he levelled up it changed. Do I have to get him to lvl 100 and then teach him HP and just hope that it turns out to be grass? Or is there a way to manipulate it into being what tpye and power I want it when I want it? Because, ideally, I'd want him to have a grass type HP at lvl 100 with 60+ power :ermm:
Anyone know what I can do?

You can,but is a little difficult.You must control his IV values.
Equation for the type:
HP type=(T1 + T2 + T3 + T4 + T5 + T6) *15 /63
If IV of Hit Point is odd,T1= 1
If IV of Attack is odd,T2= 2
If IV of Defense is odd,T3=4
If IV of Speed is odd,T4=8
If IV of Sp.Attack is odd,T5=16
If IV of Sp,Defense is odd,T6=36
if you get a nunber that isn't odd or divisible for 2,that particular variable will be equal to 0.
HP Type Table:
0=Fight
1=Flying
2=Poison
3=Ground
4=Rock
5=Bug
6=Ghost
7=Steel
8=Fire
9=Water
10=Grass
11=Electric
12=Psychic
13=Ice
14=Dragon
15=Dark
HP Power=(P1 + P2 + P3 + P4 + P5 + P6) *40 /63 +30
If IV of Hit Point/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P1= 1
If IV of Attack/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P2= 2
If IV of Defense/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P3=4
If IV of Speed/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P4=8
If IV of Sp.Attack/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P5=16
If IV of Sp,Defense/4 have a reaminder of 2 or 3,P6=36

So, if I got him to lvl 100, and one or more of his stats were wrong for grass type and a high power, I could use stat lowering berries and vitamins to try and get them to the right values?
