The sets fine, but I fail to see what he does beside introduce weather 4/6 of your pokes are weak to and give you a second quad weak to fighting. I'd scrap it.

NEVER use steel wing. It has sucky power, sucky coverage and just sucky everything. The promise of a +Def is not worth taking the more for. Go Brave Bird, or if the recoil scares you go drill peck. But dont use Steel wing :P

Nothing overly major, except as I've said I dont think TTar benefits the team at all. I'd switch it for a spinner, possibly starmie to act as a mixape counter and status absorber.

I'd switch it for a spinner, possibly starmie to act as a mixape counter and status absorber.si, Mixed Infernape destroys Weavile and Tyranitar. If it's a HP Ice version, I'm not sure whether it OHKOs Salamence or not, bu it definitely hurts. D:

A spinner like Starmie and Gofre said would be very helpful because 3/6 of your mons are weak to it. =X

And I'd personally prefer to have Agility over HP Grass on Zapdos for something extra to pass. Speed EVs aren't really needed if you use Agility because you'll be fast enough to pass the boost afterwards anyways. So you can pour the spare EVs in Defenses and HP and such. Just beware of Swampert if you don't use HP Grass.

More specifically <InsertFightMoveHere> Destroys TTar and weavile ;)
As for agilipasssing, weavile and Mence aside this is a rather bulky team so only 2/6 pokes will benefit from speed passes. HP Grass allows zappy to fight back against Swampy ect.

Both fighting resists are weak to SR with no Rapid Spin support, and they are easily worn down with no further recovery (and heck, Zapdos even loses health with Sub). I'd put in a better fighting resist as well as a special wall (since any special sweeper not weak to Weavile's Pursuit is going to 6-0 you besides maybe Raikou).

I honestly would take out Tyranitar, whose SS is only more of a detriment to the little defenses on the special side you have. I'd put in a sturdy special wall like Snorlax or Blissey. I'd also replace Zapdos for a better fighting resist like Weezing or Gliscor.

Also, I'd CB that Weavile and take out Aerial Fail. It can't really hurt...anything. Use Night Slash over it IMO, or Ice Punch (depending on what you don't want to get walled by).

Yeah, this team works.Eurgh. Pursuit on Tyranitar is pretty much a necessity. With Choice Band, Pursuit OHKO's Gengar, Dugtrio, Alakazam, Azelf, and other speedy Pokemon that I can't be bothered to mention that would flee from Tyranitar.
