That girl is in Rustboro city in a two story building above the pokemon center.

I also have tried a million phrases including some trendy ones from Dewford...I still haven't succeded yet. I wonder too... :sad:

The phrase is a Special password I believe is connected to your Trainer ID. Apparently, you can get the phrase from the Pokemon Fanclub (The website, not the one in-game) yet since it's a Japanese website, there is no way for English players to obtain any phrases thus far.

When you give her one of the set phrases, you get secret Wallpapers for the PC boxes, as opposed to the default selection. Nothing special, really.

Thanks, this has been in the back of my mind for a couple weeks. I've wondered what promotion, or whatever would supply the phrase.

At least it's nothing significant, like rare items or pokes.

I haven't beaten Ruby/Emerald yet(Rom versions) mostly due to hand cramps plus can't find moonstone,rockchrusher ability(outsidebattle).
