We need EVs if we are to help.
You also lack walls atm.

Well, I have a new team. Let's see if it's any good.

Dragonite
Nature: Adamant
Item: Shell Bell
Moveset:
Thunderpunch
Fire Punch
Waterfall
Outrage
EV: 255 ATK, 255 SP
My physical sweeper. It kills.

Blissey
Nature: Calm
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Seismic Toss
Psychic
Counter
Rest
EV: 100 DEF, 205 SP ATK, 205 SP DEF
My special wall. Also, Counter will probably kill any fighting moves that hit Blissey.

Charizard
Nature: Modest
Item: Charcoal
Moveset:
Flamethrower
Air Slash
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
EV: 255 SP ATK, 255 SP
My special sweeper. Sunny day powers up its fire moves and makes Solarbeam a one-turn deal.

Aggron
Nature: Impish
Item: Focus Band
Moveset:
Iron Head
Iron Defense
Rock Slide
Metal Burst
EV: 255 DEF, 100 SP DEF, 155 SP
My physical wall. Also has decent attack.

Kingdra
Nature: Modest
Item: Shell Bell
Moveset:
Toxic
Swagger
Draco Meteor
Surf
EV: 255 SP ATK, 255 SP
An annoyer. Also has the stats to survive in a real battle.

Sceptile
Nature: Timid
Item: Miracle Seed
Moveset:
Energy Ball
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
Detect
EV: 255 SP ATK, 255 SP
My speed demon. I'm looking for KO's before the foe can move.

All right, I revised it a bit.

Well, I have a new team. Let's see if it's any good.

Dragonite
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Moveset:
Dragon Dance
Fire Punch
Earthquake
Outrage
EV: 252 ATK, 252 SP/6HP
My physical sweeper. It kills.
That Kills More. Only 252 EVs actually do anything, the other 3 are wasted so can be put elsewhere.

Blissey
Nature: Calm
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Aromatherapy
Thunderwave
EV: 252Def/212SpDef/40HP
My special wall. Also, Counter will probably kill any fighting moves that hit Blissey.
Blissey shouldnt be taking physical hits, it should be running away from them. You should never deliberately let your wall come close to dying, the idea alone is stupid. Your set is also too aggressive for possibly the best wall in the game.

Charizard
Nature: Timid
Item: Choice Specs
Moveset:
Flamethrower
Air Slash/HP Fight/HP Ground
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
EV: 255 SP ATK, 255 SP
My special sweeper. Sunny day powers up its fire moves and makes Solarbeam a one-turn deal.
It also makes you extremely predictable. Solarbeam offers very little coverage, especially on this set. Heatran in particular laughs at you. NEVER use moves that boost a single type of attack, the boost is tiny (10%) and only benefits one of your four moves. SpecZard is the way to go.

Aggron
<Deleted>
I hate to tell you but aggron is a terrible poke that should never be used in OU play. In UU it's passable, but in OU it sucks. Especially as a physical wall. It has quadruple weakness to the two most common physical types in the game: Ground and fight. Expect to be KO'd by things as small as an unEVed donphan's EQ, and if it cant survive other walls how an it hope to survive sweepers? It has to go fopr a better physical wall.

Kingdra
Nature: Modest
Item: Life Orb/Damp Rock
Moveset:
Rain Dance
Ice Beam
HP ELectric
Surf
EV: 120HP/252SpAtt/136Spd
This is NOT an annoyer. It is one of the best SwiftSwim abusers in the game. Since rain dance screws over charizard you should only use one of these two, since they do the same job anyway.

Sceptile
Nature: Timid/Jolly
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Substitute
Leach Seed
Grass Knot/Leaf Blade
HP Fire/X Scissor
EV: 56HP/200Def/252Spd
My speed demon. I'm looking for KO's before the foe can move.
This thing is not as powerful as you think. You also do not need a third special sweeper, so I've posted the Subseeder set, possibly the best set it has.

At the moment you have some big problems. 3/6 pokes do the same job and one of the other two does the job you've picked terribly. Get rid of either charizard or kingdra (I'd say kingdra, since rain dance wrecks the teams synergy.) and pick a new physical wall and a spinner for your two vacant slots. If you do not know sets I will happily give you the standards :)

I'm starting to lose confidence... don't criticize me too much with Ninetales.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to. Ninetales is not a defensive pokemon, it's a special sweeper. Both of your semi-status moves are cured by a switch in, that's a lot of move investment for such an easy cure. Ninetales is a great nasty plot sweeper:
Ninetales@Life Orb
Timid
252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
Flamethrower
Energy Ball
Nasty Plot
Hypnosis

Hypnosis gives you at least one free turn to set up NP, provided they don't have sleep talk. However, like I previously said, two special sweepers is not good, especially since one screws over the other. I would swap one for starmie:
Starmie@Leftovers
Timid
160HP/132SpAtt/216Spd
Rapid Spin
Recover
Surf
Ie Beam/Thunderbolt
Gives spin support and status absorber, both are handy things to have. It will benefit you far more than two pokes doing the same thing.

Skarmory also needs changing. It isnt a special wall, so it shouldnt try to be. It needs max HP too. Standard skarm rocks:
Skarmory@Lefties/Shed Shell (SS if you fear magnezone)
Impish
252HP/196Def/60Att
Roost
Whirlwind
Brave Bird/Drill Peck
Spikes

Physical wall and spikes setup. Brave bird is nie for big chunks of damage, and you can just roost off the recoil.
