Re-coloring is easy, all you do is find the sprite you want and paste it on paint or something. Then pick what color you want to recolor and choose almost the same darkness or lightness in the color.

Making your own one is kinda difficult but its best used on adobe is it?

You can learn to re-color sprites here: TMST Sprites Guide (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5793)

Did you mean TMTS? To make your own sprite, you can use either Adobe Photoshop (or any other graphics program), which you have to buy, or MS Paint, which comes standard on a Dell...You have to use the pencil tool to draw a new sprite by hand. Otherwise, follow the guide.
