Well, I say XD, because you can catch over 80 Pokemon on there, and there's also Lugia.

Colliseum, you get 48 Pokemon, and Ho-Oh.

XD u get generally good pokes, like
Lugia
3 Legend Birds
Dragonite
and
1 of the 3 Joto Starters with franzy plant, hydro cannon, blast burn depanding on their type.

Colisuem- the pokes are harder to get in the GBA games like
Entei
Suricune
Raiku
Ho-oh
and more- i dont have this game so i dont know as much about the pokes.

All of the pokes have semi good moves from purification soooo, im gunna let u decide.

What it mostly depends on is whether you want Lugia or Ho-oh. Personally, though, I would advise getting Colloseum first simply because there are references in XD to it that you might not get. Also, it has a free Tyranitar.

Anyhow; I'd highly recommend XD. I thought that one was more fun. But If you really care about the story and whatnot, I'd get Colliseum first.

colloseum is pro cos i have it:tongue:

in colloseum get espeon AND umbreon

while in XD u get eevee which soon evolves into jolteon,flareon or vaporeon

but XD has a ...more fun purifiying technique
but colloseum came first so XD comes later in the story so it would be better to hav played colloseum first (as Khajmer sed,)
but colloseum has a tyrannitar
but XD has a dragonite

I have both, and Played XD first, not knowing it was the sequel-ish, and I understood the story perfectly..

I personally prefer XD GoD, as I find it's story more captivating ^^

I'd get GoD, because I liked it better, but if Colliseum is cheaper/the only one the place has/ you want to play a new game after GoD. Just make sure the gamecube works first.

Neither. I say pokemon stadium 1 and 2, u have selection of all the first and 2nd gen. pokemon =D I never liked the pokemon RPGs unless it was gameboy.
Also, do get super smash brothers, that is worth it.

He's talking about Gamecube, however if you do (OP) have a Nintendo 64 and no Pokemonn Stadium 1 or 2, I'd recommend both of them. :P

To me, I liked Colloseum a lot better. The battles seemed more intense - XD's battles seemed very simple, even at the farther point(s) in the game. Colloseum is an overall harder game to get through (or it was for me at least :x), if you like a challenge I'd get that. But after all, it's your choice; I'd say it really matters what Pokemon you want to get: Lugia and the three birds or Ho-Oh and the three dogs.

Colosseum, as XD follows it. If you like Col., get XD afterwards.

I prefer Col.'s storyline anyway.
