Pokemon Beyond 201 don't show on my Pokedex

I used Action Replay to get all Poekmon but they don't show up on my Pokedex...did I do something wrong??

You need the National Dex from Birch after you beat the Elite 4 the first time.

I don't know what you mean...I have beatedn the Elite 4 like 10 times already. Did I mess up?

WHAT IS ACTION REPLAY IS IT A CHEAT CODE THING? :confused:

Is this is Ruby or Sapphire? If so you need to trade with Fire Red or Leaf Green to automatically get the National Dex
