first you have to beat the Elite four. Second you need to have th mach bike. Ok you have to be at Pacifidlog Town. Then on the right side you surf to Routes 129,130,131. You stay at the top were the rocks are and when you see a opening surf into it untill you get to the sky piller. Go it. :wink:
